Ramen came out lukewarm. The broth was rather cold than hot. We asked to reheat the broth to their sever and he said that the temperature was set at a certain temperature and couldn’t even reheat the broth. The Noodle was undercooked and was not even edible. It was the worst ramen I ever had. I will never go back there again.

Food was very unique and very good.
The only thing lacking was a beef soap.
I had the pork though and it was very good.

The ramen is tasty, prices reasonable, I wish there were some kid-friendly options. But the most disappointing part was the smell in the room… I thought I would puke? please please please fix the sewer or whatever that disgusting problem is

Extremely disappointed. Every time I decide to give them a try. Their drink tasted sour and like spoiled milk. My family
loves their drinks, but every time I order their drinks, it does not taste right. Today was no exception. No point going back to complain. If only it was consistent. (4th time I have tried with bad experience. Only ordered drinks, their food is okay though, but I didn't order that.)

*UPDATE*
It's like Kokoro read reviews and made some really positive changes! I eat here fairly regularly now. I usually get the Tonkotsu but tonight I decided to try the black garlic. It was SO good!
Kokoro has good chashu. It's typically tender and flavorful.
Their eggs were boiled to perfection. The yolks were perfect. However, they could be marinated longer.
The noodles are a little thin for my taste, but that's truly personal preference. I like the thicker noodles. These are not that.
My old review said the tapioca pearls in the boba were too small. This time they were too big and got clogged in the straw. The flavor of the milk tea is good though.
I took off one star for atmosphere because, while this place is designed like an authentic sushi joint from Japan, there is an off putting smell from the back, like mildly bad sewer water.

We absolutely love everything we get here! The black garlic ramen and gyozas are my favorite 😋 I love dining in, but it's been a little hard lately because there is a kind of putrid smell in the air like sewer or something at least the last 2 times I've gone in.
Overall a good experience; I have high expectations when it comes to ramens, the garlic ramen had too much flavor and the pork was alright. I wish the gyoza was fried better too.

A proper little ramen shop. Friendly staff. Got the miso and a mango green tea and it was just what I wanted.

Enough said!
I got the spicy (added) black garlic ramen, which did not disappoint.

I went there once with my mother before and it turned out to be our last time going. I had ordered the Strawberry boba. Me and my mother were waiting for our drinks to be made when all of the sudden someone who was eating their food threw up all over the ground. One of the workers came by to clean it up and all they used was water and a mop. They smeared the throw up all over the floor and called it good after cleaning it up for about 3 minutes. But this wasn’t the end. We were already feeling gross after seeing that so once our drinks were made, we grabbed them and left right away and went into our car. When I put my straw through the plastic film I look in the drink and I see literal white MOLD all over the tapioca boba. Not only did I see mold but I saw white things floating in the drink. I pull one of the floaties out and see that they were pieces of RECEIPT paper in my drink. I have absolutely no idea how that could happen in a working, functioning place. I have always loved boba and considering that this place was the closest to where we lived, me and my mom were excited to try it. But one thing for sure and certain was we weren’t expecting there to pieces of receipt in my drink with mold and seeing them smear throw up all over the ground.

Excellent Rice Dishes, Excellent Pork Buns - the best Asian street food in our town. This place is reminiscent of food vendors all over East Asia that I visited.

Food was bland, which surprised me as I paid for the extra “spicy” level. The ramen was also served on the cooler side, not cold, but maybe warm. Likely would not revisit based on the quality or presentation of the food.Service was good though. Waiter was quick and responsive. There was a sour smell to the place as well, maybe a touch our sewer in the air.
