This place is WAY too expensive - the iced coffee drinks are outrageous comsidering the size options they have.

Food is delicious—I’d have those waffles every day if I lived nearby. Drip coffee selection is great, and the staff were very helpful in picking the right variety. We sat outside in the patio area with our dog. It has limited shade but we were the only ones outside so found a table out of the sun. They brought a water bowl for him and had a couple treats too. Plus they use the Joe app rewards system so it’s easy to save a little on their pricey (but totally worth it) breakfast items.

The food and drink were fine. The music was a little loud for me, especially since it was primarily softer covers of other songs. And I wasn’t able to put on headphones to drown it out with what I would rather listen to.
Service was good, i’m just not sure if I would be back. Wasn’t quite the vibe for me.

Best coffee in Spokane! I stop by at least once a week before work — the quality is always consistent, and the service is quick and friendly. Their app makes ordering ahead and skipping the line even easier for busy mornings.

We ordered the avacado toast which was good but came with hair in it. They offered to remake it but lost our appetite, no refund, got a muffin to go for later since we didn’t end up eating and they charged us for that as well. Poor customer service. We will not go back.

Both coffees that we ordered should have been at least semi-sweet, but both were too bitter to taste the flavors that we ordered in them, even after adding a sugar packet.

Coffee is not very good, atmosphere is bland, and they no longer have salads.
Response to reply from business: IMO it is, there are pictures of salads in other reviews which is why we came here and the blonde short haired cashier said they are discontinued.
