This place is absolutely awful
The staff didn't greet me for almost 10 mins. Instead of handing me my order. She inserted it into the pizza box machine and made me dial the code to complete the transfer.

April the 3rd I tried to come get a pepperoni hot and ready at 8:32 but I had noticed all the lights were off, so I walked up to the door and noticed several people walking around and tried to get their attention, when I finally did roughly 10 minutes later the lady that identified as a manager, said she had already turned off the oven and was done for the night, and tried to sell me an extremely old Pizza, so I left and came back the next day on the 4th, and talk to Daniel he was very helpful and told me he was sorry for what had happened, and made it right he took the time out to ask me about the situation while training new people he is amazing I wasn't going to return to this location, but I think I will go in during the day not at night.

Ordered the pretzel pizza with one with tomato sauce and other with cheese sauce and neither came that way. Waited 20 minutes and there was a lady and her son that had been there waiting for there online order for 10 minutes before I got there and got her food after me. The manager I could see in the back talking on his phone and constantly touching his face and his noise. He didn't wash his hands or attempt to clean them before he started making pizzas. I wouldnt go back unless nothing else was open.

I walked over to get my kids some pizza for dinner. They’re supposed to close at 9pm and I got there at 855 and the doors were already locked. I knocked and asked if I could buy one of the 7 pizzas in the warmer that they were probably gonna throw away anyway and they were completely rude and dismissive. If you close at 9, maybe actually close at 9 instead of 5 minutes early. It’s ridiculous. They could have sold me one of the pizzas that were ready in the warmer. But no. My kids were extremely upset as was I. If I could put zero stars I would.

So we usually go to the little Caesars in Post Falls and they are great. I get the garlic Parmesan chicken wings and they come fresh, hot and loaded with sauce. NOT my experience here. The chicken wings were not even warm. Had barely any sauce at all on them and seemed very dry like they had been sitting out all day. It's like they aren't even the same restaurant. The standards should be the same everywhere. Please do better on your chicken wings at this location. I won't be coming back but for the sake of other chicken wings lovers. More sauce, hot and fresh.

An hour and a quarter to have 2 pizzas ready is really unacceptable. I called at 7:30 to get an update. The girl who answered had a major attitude right from the start. She lied to me saying it was in the oven, and refused to answer when I asked how long they cook in the oven (I was trying to gauge when to leave). It in fact, wasn't in the oven yet. When I got there, they had the pizzas all the way to the back of the warmer kiosk so I had to reach my arm all the way in to get them. It was uncomfortably hot reaching inside and I have a pretty high heat tolerance.
The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I've had good interactions with the manager within the last 3-4 months.
Management: you need to re-evaluate your staff. This isn't the first complaint regarding that particular employee.

the management here needs serious update.
Went in on Sunday afternoon, December 29th, and asked for the Crazy Puffs, the gal at the front said there weren't any ready, so I asked how long it would take to make them... she said she would go see if they had any "pans" for them. The girl with the nose ring came back and said they had no plans for them with a snarky attitude.... So you advertise for them, but won't make them cause you are too lazy... thanks. Just frustrating that the girl has attitude when I ask for something that is on the menu. I'll just go to the Sullivan location from now on.
They only had 2 Hot N Ready pizzas made and both were cheese. No others were in the oven or being prepped yet. I settled for the 2 they had and got them home to be sorely disappointed as both pizzas had been sitting for quite some time and tasted nearly identical to what the cardboard box would have. Room temp pizzas that taste like paper served with a sour attitude.
