I walked over to get my kids some pizza for dinner. They’re supposed to close at 9pm and I got there at 855 and the doors were already locked. I knocked and asked if I could buy one of the 7 pizzas in the warmer that they were probably gonna throw away anyway and they were completely rude and dismissive. If you close at 9, maybe actually close at 9 instead of 5 minutes early. It’s ridiculous. They could have sold me one of the pizzas that were ready in the warmer. But no. My kids were extremely upset as was I. If I could put zero stars I would.

So we usually go to the little Caesars in Post Falls and they are great. I get the garlic Parmesan chicken wings and they come fresh, hot and loaded with sauce. NOT my experience here. The chicken wings were not even warm. Had barely any sauce at all on them and seemed very dry like they had been sitting out all day. It's like they aren't even the same restaurant. The standards should be the same everywhere. Please do better on your chicken wings at this location. I won't be coming back but for the sake of other chicken wings lovers. More sauce, hot and fresh.

An hour and a quarter to have 2 pizzas ready is really unacceptable. I called at 7:30 to get an update. The girl who answered had a major attitude right from the start. She lied to me saying it was in the oven, and refused to answer when I asked how long they cook in the oven (I was trying to gauge when to leave). It in fact, wasn't in the oven yet. When I got there, they had the pizzas all the way to the back of the warmer kiosk so I had to reach my arm all the way in to get them. It was uncomfortably hot reaching inside and I have a pretty high heat tolerance.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I've had good interactions with the manager within the last 3-4 months.

Management: you need to re-evaluate your staff. This isn't the first complaint regarding that particular employee.

Went in on Sunday afternoon, December 29th, and asked for the Crazy Puffs, the gal at the front said there weren't any ready, so I asked how long it would take to make them... she said she would go see if they had any "pans" for them. The girl with the nose ring came back and said they had no plans for them with a snarky attitude.... So you advertise for them, but won't make them cause you are too lazy... thanks. Just frustrating that the girl has attitude when I ask for something that is on the menu. I'll just go to the Sullivan location from now on.

They only had 2 Hot N Ready pizzas made and both were cheese. No others were in the oven or being prepped yet. I settled for the 2 they had and got them home to be sorely disappointed as both pizzas had been sitting for quite some time and tasted nearly identical to what the cardboard box would have. Room temp pizzas that taste like paper served with a sour attitude.

Rarely is anything ever hot and ready. This has been the theme for little Caesars lately.

Reading these reviews it sounds like this place could use some leadership and someone to get things back in order if they haven't already. Someone in the position of leadership needs to make sure they know what it is to lead and realize that they are not there to make friends. You are there to do a job and do the job well. It seems like young adults get hired for summer and do not understand what it means to take pride in there work, so they just do the bare minimum and they don't really care because they are not going to be there long. I think being a little more careful who they hire and someone who is going to be in charge needs to make sure the employees are trained properly and enforce disciplinary actions when not doing there job. Someone needs to tighten that place up and make sure everyone is working together as a team. So that's why I'm going to be working there and work with everyone to improve our customer service skills and make sure we are following protocol correctly. You can't slack on being professional and being clean. Attention to detail and treating everyone with respect needs to be priority. I can't say I am going to be in a leadership position to start, but I will absolutely do my best and lead by example. It is something that cannot be done overnight, but I think I have the integrity and personality to make some improvements even as a new employee.

The pizza had way too much sauce and the person who was the only employee in the building took orders, accept money and without washing his hands cut several pizzas...this location is on Arrogone in the valley...I will never return, and the $5.00 hot n ready no longer exists anymore it's $9.79 plus tax
