Absolutely terrible! Customer service was horrible, woman at the counter was extremely rude to staff as well as 15 different customers. Witnessed her yelling at staff members and tossing thinks. Also got upset when I wanted to order 2 items and not just one pizza. Other customers were unsatisfied as well. At least 3 people left without ordering as they saw the behavior the woman was displaying. A fellow staff member had to tell her to “play nice” because she was being so rude and aggressive. The woman behind the counter had no uniform and no name tag.

We ordered our pizzas 2 hours in advance for our wedding rehearsal. We arrived to pick up the pizzas at 5:30 and had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be done and ended up being late for the rehearsal. There was also not a hair net or gloves in sight. Would not recommend the little Caesars to anyone.

Never have been a Little Caesars fan...loved the fact that you could walk in and get a cheap pizza...those days are gone!!! No hot and ready pizzas. 1 pepperoni pizza in the oven and only 8 min wait for crazy bread and a 2nd pizza. Total for 2 pizzas and 2 orders of crazy bread...$38 bucks!!! What happened to $6 pizzas? Never again!!!

The pizza isn't artisan hower, it'sdecent. The employees are exceptional! They had more than half of their staff call in sick the day I ordered my pizzas . But, the employees kept communicating with all of us and letting us know how many more minutes the wait would be and who's order they were working on. They're very professional and well-mannered as well as kind!

We came here tonight to get a pizza and breadsticks. My husband stood In the lobby for 10 minutes and nobody came upfront to help him. My husband also said he could hear workers chit chatting in the back still refused to come help! Very frustrating and unprofessional!
New Management new hires sounds like they're doing better atmosphere didn't change much maybe pick the soda up off the ground and put it in the fridge.

Waited over 20 mins for stuffed cheese sticks with my order, there was no one there when I came in. My lunch special deep dish was already done sitting in the hot case, so that sat for another 20 mins. Worst service I've seen, very un professional. Other customers that came in were basically ignored for at least 10 mins with no one at front counter. And you call it the hot and ready zone!!!!! I will not go there again

Was told 20mins for hot and ready pizzas and it's been 45mins I already paid and this is crazy. The manager came to me and apologized to me for the long wait it was because one of the other employees messed up and gave one of my pizzas out. She told them to let me know but they didn't she is good .
