I NEVER get my pizzas in a timely manner here. No matter how early I order it or what I order. Something needs to happen about their speed of service.

Watched a guy assemble a pizza cough all over it, then proceed to pick his nose.

Then, without washing his hands or wearing any protective wear at all, get back to work on other pizzas. Absolutely disgusting.

The only saving grace would have been getting a refund, but nobody was there who knew how to give a refund. At the very least, the lead was apologetic about the whole thing

Tuesday 10,2025.
Picked up 3 cheese, 3 pepperoni for school lunch.
Those 6th graders loved it.
Employee very nice, walked in pucked up easy peasy.

Ordered 5/11 for a couple of stuffed crust pizzas and some krazy bread. Went to have some leftovers today and found a piece of plastic order the cheese of the pizza. This was a piece my 8yr old child was eating and luckily she caught it. Mistakes happen but it's quite a large piece of plastic. Very dangerous and unsanitary. Not sure I'll be ordering from this location for quite some time.

Went to try the pretzel crust. Received the pizza with way too much salt on half of it. Quote wait time was 15min. And we waited for 30min. Definitely disappointed that half the pizza wasn't edible

Hot n ready Is the new slogan? for what im hearing. Awesome can. Have a pizza in 2 minutes right? They meant to say hot n wait 20 minutes and would you like bread sticks for 22 bucks anyways the pizza is good and the red sauce is sometimes free

Cheap pizza that tastes good. Easier to order on the app they are sometimes too busy to answer the phone.

The people were generally friendly, they weren't very attentive though. The biggest disappointment was the ultimate supreme. we ordered an xl and it only had pepperoni and a scant amount of green pepper throughout, a tiny pinch of onion and mushroom on one or two of the slices and basically no other meat or veggies. Paid $50 for the order. 2 xl pizzas, cheesey bread and a 2 liter of soda. Pretty disappointed

They need to take down the hot and ready sign. They never have anything hot and ready.

Waited for over 37 mins for a pepperoni pizza, was told it would be 15, slowest workers I have ever seen here in a long time, big problem :(

Placed my order an hour early, and still had to wait 45 mins for my order. Lobby was crowded with people also waiting on moble orders

I was there on veterans Day. It was incredibly busy and they did absolutely amazing, staying calm, collected, and kind the whole time. And the food was great as always.
