Food was absolutely terrible. The brisket was like a dog's chewtoy. Absolutely dry. The chicken was flavorless, the sausage was good, my ribs were tough as hell & small. And our cornbread was stone cold.i got literally 4 onion rings & tiny ribs for $20. Crazy. Our server was very pleasant & kind. But the food was just terrible. And the brisket was $6 extra dollars for 3 dry little slabs of cheap beef. Please don't waste your money.

It's been years since I've gone to Longhorn, and they didn't disappoint. Excellent buffet and the waitress was attentive to details.
Parking: Easy access and plenty of parking
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to climb, just a straight, level approach to the building.
We went for the Sunday buffet. Great service, pretty good food. Could have used a bit more of a selection on the buffet.

11:30 am and the buffet food already cold and hard to the point of being unchewable ... Not the longhorn I remember as a kid and will not be eating here EVER AGAIN.... OH AND THE BEEF STEW TASTED LIKE THEY USE OLD SPOILED MEATS THEY SCRAPE OFF PEOPLES PLATES!!!!! THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD BUT YA CANT EAT THE SERVICE JUST THE SERVER!!! SHE WAS SWEET!!!

We went when it was slow are waitress was young and u could tell. Ordered are food and drinks. Had to remind the waitress bought the alcoholic drink we ordered twice. Then get r food my son ordered the rib eye rare got it medium and luke warm . I ordered a pulled pork loaded potato got it cold and my other child ordered a buger they messed up on it had it redone and ended up having to get it to go because it took so long and when got home the burger was raw. On top it it all we had to wait over 45 mins for are food and mind you it was slow like mayb 6 tables. Worst experience in dining that I have had in spokane never again. I will be calling the manager today.

First and last time we will ever go to Longhorn BBQ. The second you walk in you're hit with the smell of smoke, and not in a good way. It was slow, so figured the food would be decently fresh. WRONG. It was reheated as if you were nuking leftovers at home. 3 out of 4 of our party ended up with food poisoning and hugging toilets. Everyone who got sick had brisket. The ONLY person who didn't, ate salad. The service was good. And the salad bar was decent. But that's it. We ended up coming home with MOLDY ROLLS, and a whole box of meat going straight to the trash, not even to the dogs. Such a disappointment when you are looking forward to a place known for their "good food". NEVER. AGAIN. Oh and yes I called to speak with a manager, who was not in when I called.

We come here often and tonight we had Anthony as our server. He was on top of keeping our drinks topped, plates cleared off the table and made sure we had everything we needed. Truly the best service we've ever had since coming here!
