On June 30th I ordered a 32 oz lotus drink from the Green Street location across from SCC. This size comes in a styrofoam cup which is not see through. The drink literally had 8 oz of liquid and 24 oz of ice. I took about three drinks and the liquid was gone. I stopped by a convince store to purchase a second energy drink since the 32 oz one I purchased was all ice and I attempted to add the 16oz can to the cup of ice and was only able to get two thirds of the can in the cup. So I paid $8.50 for ice. This is kinda the last thing for me and this stand. I like the drinks, but between the sometimes unfriendly staff, the 10-15 wait in line and now being completely ripped off I just won't recommend these stands and won't be back.

I love blissful blends and for the most part I would have given a 5 but this morning I realized I forgot my lunch on the way to work because I was dying to stop and get a delicious peanut brittle from blissful blends, literally was craving it so bad I could taste it... when I pulled up the girl working was very pleasant however I asked for an iced peanut brittle with no whip and when she came to the window she had made a hot one, so I asked her kindly to remake the coffee and she did only it tastes terrible :( the large amounts of peanut butter make it difficult to even reach the coffee. My first sip from the drink straight peanut butter... I'm saddened by this experience and it makes me worry about coming back and getting another bad cup of coffee. I work at the airport and I could easily go to Starbucks. But I chose to support local establishments, which means I take extra time out of my busy morning to stop in.

*this is for the Regal street location* they just don't have that location up on here yet! The baristas are super nice and helpful. I ordered something recommended by a friend that I hated and the barista was so accommodating to making me something that I liked. Also they didn't fill my cup with a lot of ice which is nice because most coffee stands do (especially with lotus). I think they charge extra for using a card though, so I wish they'd look into the square or something that took less of a percentage out. Or maybe I need to have more cash on me

Worst service EVER RECEIVED. Know multiple workers that have worked here and never get paid and when they quit suffer brutal blackmailing. Save yourself the time and find a coffee shop that truly cares for their customers and employees.

One of my favorite coffee stops when I'm in Spokane! The baristas are sweet, my coffee is always good and lines go by fast. I tell all my coffee-loving friends to try Blissful if they haven't yet!

Horrible. I have been to other BB's and I've had great experiences. 03/06/19 @ 1030am I was waiting in line waiting to get coffee and go to work @ 1100am. I waited 30 min, while the customer in front of me and barista had a great conversation about God knows what. The car behind me pulled out and I followed, as we were driving away the customer at the window and barista gave me and the car ahead of me the middle finger and yelled something. I was late for work and at this point furious. 03/11/19 @ 0130pm Despite my last experience, I have decided to give this BB a second chance mostly due to my girlfriends influence because she has always had good experiences at other BB's. We ordered one iced coffee and one hot. Hot was supposed to be an latte, Iced was supposed to be an Americano. She got it wrong. Continued to ask what we were getting while trying not to laugh at some other conversation. Being a bartender I know this. You have two jobs in the service industry. 1. Customer SERVICE 2. Make the drinks You are in fact selling an experience, I could have made coffee at home for cheaper. I am sad to say that we are done with Blissful Blends and I will drive an hour out of my way if I have to to avoid any Blissful Blends coffee stand.
