Our burger was extremely undercooked and literally raw. The assistant manager at the Argonne location decided to make a small female worker approach me and give me my food back, telling me to ask for a refund because it was Doordashes fault. The AM hid behind the juices and coffee on the side where you pick up your order, he didn’t approach until I stated and the worker said it was RAW. He still refused to fix the mistake, I didn’t get any of the sauces that I actually paid...read full review
Great staff and service! Huge shout out to manager Marissa for her amazing service and hooking two girls from out of town up with some late night McDoubles!
Normally love it but tonight my son ordered 2 cheeseburgers and discovered when he got home that there was NO meat in either one.😳👎🏻
