I have never experienced such shockingly unprofessional, dismissive, and downright rude behavior in a drive-through as I did today. I asked a very simple, basic, and completely reasonable question about the mobile app—specifically whether two promo codes could be used at the same time. This is not rocket science, nor is it an unreasonable thing to ask as a paying customer. Instead of receiving a polite or helpful response, I was met with an obvious attitude, an irritated tone, and the clear impression that my presence was somehow an inconvenience. There was absolutely no reason to be short, condescending, or rude over a question that is literally part of the service being offered. Customer service should involve service, not eye-rolling through the speaker and treating customers like they are a burden for daring to ask a question. If this is the standard being upheld, then there is a serious problem that needs to be addressed immediately. Customers deserve respect, patience, and basic courtesy—especially over something so minor. I expect better, and frankly, this interaction was completely unacceptable.

The staff here are rude, they don’t follow food safety guidelines and they absolutely do not give a shit about anyone. Yesterday I waited ten minutes in the lobby for them to hand me a customers order that was SITTING ON THE TABLE THE WHOLE TIME after they refused to hand it to me after waiting in the drive thru line (most McDonalds lobby close at 10pm and I don’t pickup here often) so they could gossip with each other instead of actually doing their job. I contacted the customer and the partner company to let them know of the willful neglect of safe food practices and customer health.
If you do not care about feeding people unsafe food, get a different job. Their actions are deplorable.

I just don’t like the manager, I think her name is Sarah, not really sure, & I don’t really care! I think she’s rude, & very condescending! The McHire app scheduled me twice, for some odd reason! I don’t know why but she was disrespectful/condescending to me when I came in. I understand not getting hired, I was not mad at that! But I feel like there was no need to beat around the bush, aswell as to be condescending towards me!🤷🏿♂️ I guess that’s how this McDonalds, & their employees treat people/customers, I went to the McDonald’s on N market st, & also didn’t get hired, but they never told me “excited to get you scheduled” after I had already done my interview! I don’t know I was really confused & upset that day, & I will probably never do business at that McDonald’s again! No hard feelings, have a good one!

Generally so tired of this place. I will order food and come to pick it up 10 mins later have to deal with horrible traffic and everything else and the food isn't even close to done.... sat in the parking lot for a legit hour, than had someone come to our car and ask if we were waiting for food.... we were there for pick up in the pick up parking spot.

Disgusting, egregious and unprofessional establishment. Oh and insanely rude. The graveyard employee was belittling me and talking like he is some highly intelligent human being SMH.... arrogance at it's finest. I doordash and went there to pick up an order only to hear their systems are down. I kindly asked them to put up a sign saying that, so I could send a picture to doordash as this is expected and also its just part of running a professional business.. guess this McDonald's isn't that. Spokane, go to any other McDonald's than this one.
