I just went in to buy my little granddaughter an ice cream cone.. and for her to use the bathroom. I can pretty much be guaranteed their bathrooms are clean and that they have really good ice cream!

i sat in the drive through for 10 minutes, then my food was cold, and i asked for 1 patty instead of 2 and they didn’t give me one at all. One worker was snobby to me.

If you got time to wait, then you can go there because at night time. The service is so slow. That you can only handle one car at a time and you wait forever. I've waited 45 minutes to an hour in line. The slowest crew in town. You'd be very efficient before now. The past month and more. It's just got slower and slower at right now. They're overwhelmed. Did they get more than one car. And if you don't mind homeless people hanging out there while you're eating in the mornings and go right ahead. There's one Pacific lady that's always there everyday. She's homeless and then there's another couple that go there. That's homeless with the shopping cart. They leave outside and then there's another homeless gentleman that goes there and he's just not out there in. The head and I can't even know how to kick out a home. Less person the other night and he just kept going back to sleep on it. The place is gone. Downhill

Yet again, your exceptional service in the drive thru out weighed the bag of trash I was given as a meal. When will you get your act together. My burger was obviously cooked and made as a QPw/C long before I arrived and ordered a QP deluxe (always made fresh as advertised) yeah right even the fries had been dunked in the fryer more than once. You must not care at all as a manager seeing how nothing has changed thru out the years. Absolute Trash

I always order no onions for everything that has onions because I feed someone who is highly allergic to onions, I don’t only order it with no onions I always specify that I am allergic (no matter whoever I’m buying for is allergic) I’ve been a Karen multiple times I’ve tried to be very respectful and understanding of busy times but it should not be every single time

Just picked up a to-go order. 2 Big Macs, 2 lg Fries, and an apple pie. Fries and burgers were cold (sat on the counter while we sat at the window for 5 minutes), and the fries were only 2/3 full. Absolute worse McDonalds experience ever. 25$ of disappointment.

Went inside to try to order. Waited 5 minutes to even get acknowledged by anyone. One person walked out, filled their drink, and went back without ever saying a word to us or their coworkers. Waited five more minutes without anyone helping us. And them left because that's ridiculous. The last few times we came here, we also had to wait forever to get service. They only had 4 cars in the drive threw when we left. There were 2 when we arrived. The girl at the drive threw window also saw us and didn't say anything and just ignored us. 😑

I’m extremely frustrated with my experience today! I use the mobile app because it’s convenient and often it’s a way of saving money however today that was untrue. I got two bagels buy one get one for two dollars. When I pulled up to the restaurant, I noticed that it clearly states buy one get one for a dollar. When I asked the cashier about it, she said yeah that’s what you get for using the app next time don’t use it. Is this the way McDonald’s is now running their business? Ridiculous.
