Came to get a quarter pounder and the patty was the size of a happy meal patty massively disappointed and on top of that I called to have a conversation with the manager and they hung up on me when I told him he made the order wrong how unprofessional and disrespectful service DONT RECOMMEND AT

Went to the drive-thru so I'm not sure how atmosphere applies! Not sure if I'm really qualified to actually rate the food because all I had was french fries but they were straight up awful! Some of the worst fries I've had in a long time!

The woman that took my order was fantastic. I explained that it would be a large order and she took her time confirming each item. When I got to the first window, a very immature young man with stickers on his face and “I’m Batman” on his name tag took my card. He said the receipt printer was broken and was dancing at the register. I never received a receipt and they forgot one of the sandwiches. I get that this isn’t a gourmet establishment, but have some self respect and professionalism. I’m sure your employees are capable of much more, and this was an incredibly disappointing example of how customer service is no longer included at fast food restaurants.

they forgot one of my drinks which normally isn’t a big deal but then i was accused of trying to steal the drink. my fries were cold and felt like they had been sitting in the warmer for over an hour. they had messed up my burger and yelled when proven so. the a sandwich we got looked old and were cover in salt.
