Teach your employees how to make ice cream cones. I do it at my job and it is not hard at all. If I ever get handed an ice cream cone like this again I will be refusing it and demanding a refund. The new girl from night shift on the drive through window does not seem like she’s learned a single thing in the last few weeks. My fries were cold and my mccrispy bread was rock solid. 0/10 go to any other McDonald’s for better service.👎🏼

Absolutely lazy You deserve $15 an hour can't put Anything in a bag...Supposedly they're all managers When you call they're absolutely rude Ungrateful.Every manager should be fired there Today's date 10 24 21Came back today which is 6/13/25 10 minute wait For drive-thru fast food definitely not fast and definitely not worth my money once again 4 years later

This is closest location to our house and we get kids food once or twice a week for them. But literally for past 4 times our orders been missing food and such. We complained before and have gotten coupons sent to us but everytime for some reason we miss food or our order is wrong. We asked for value $5 meal with plain burger because kids don’t like all the onions and stuff on burgers yet it was full stuff they don’t need then we asked for ketchup and we got not a single ketchup packet for their fries. And it wouldn’t be a big deal if we had ketchup at home but we ran out at this time. Idk maybe we need to go to different location. UPDATE!!! We went back and ordered same thing. Check out the picture lmao. This time we taking additional star
Debbie the manager was no Help. Did an app order for breakfast arrived at 06/21/25 10:35 am and was told by the drive thru cashier that I could not get the order as it was after breakfast and that the $$ would not be charged... It was. Called and spoke to Debbie on 6/23/25 she said I needed to give it 1 to 5 biz days. As of today, 7/1/25 still no refund, Debbie advised me to lie to my bank and report it as fraud. Horrible. The want me to commit fraud myself and lie to my bank. Beware of this location and apparently all locations. She stated her main office advised her to tell me this. Debbie needs better training.

Waited twenty minutes for nuggets after ordering in the drive through and the staffed had not even started on it. When I went inside the staff did not apologize and just rolled their eyes saying it wasn’t their problem.
