Drive-through service is way too slow, 20+ minutes to get food and only a few cars in line. It’s happened multiple times. We pulled out of the line today after sitting 15 mins and no cars moved in the line.

I have had nothing but rude in-counters with the girl named Hannah currently working the night shift time after time she has horrible attitude…slamming the window, being disrespectful, always making irritated noises when I ask for sauce, and giving me the wrongs ones and it’s fine I totally understand a bad day or being burnt out but it’s never a good experience and it’s always her… I suggest looking for a replacement or at least talk to her about it she won’t go anywhere with the way she treats people

I went to this McDonald's. I had ordered 2 of their $5 meal deals. One of each the mcchicken and double cheeseburgers. The total came out to $10.89. I went back a few days later and ordered the exact same thing, and the girl at the counter said I could upsize my drink. She also charged me for bottled water and told me I could split pay with cash and a card. Not only did she just stand there a look at me, but she wouldn't even ask her manager for help. So not only did I pay more for the same order, but she wouldn't even try to get help with my payment.
This is the place for you if you want to take 20 minutes to get your food no one was there

So let me get this straight. You shut half the machines off before you close so we dont get the full menu? Thats like what if you were watching a movie at the movie theater. And I shut it off at 10:30 so I can start cleaning so I can go home at 11 and screw you out the last 30 minutes of your movie.

This place has gone downhill. I live very near and been going to this McDonald's since 2010, we were regular customers. It's our go to for fast food because the kids like it and it's so close, the other closest choice is Zips which now costs a fortune. For about the last 2yrs we've been having so many problems when going to this McDonald's location regardless of what day or time of day so we've been driving much further to go somewhere else but because of the traffic on Sullivan we've been trying to stop here and give it a shot however not once have we been successful in ordering. They messed up at the drive through after waiting for over 20min but were told it would take to long to fix it, they didn't even offer a refund or gift card. Next time we went inside and they had ran out of hamburger and someone needed to drive to Idaho to get some, the ice cream machine is down, the sweet tea hasn't been made etc. This last time we went inside and stood waiting for somebody's attention, we didn't even get a hello or look of recognition instead they act as if they don't see you. We were the only people inside waiting, one other person was eating, finished and left while I waited to order. Finally the girl looks up and says they're too busy to take our order and that it would be faster if I used the app or kiosk. I looked around and the drive through wasn't that busy and nobody else walked inside so instead I left and headed to the other Sullivan location as we had been doing. Idk what is wrong with the location now maybe they need better management and hire more people to work there. I saw three people working that day.
