Outback on Indiana in Spokane Valley shows a special for 3 course meal for $14.99. When we inquired about the3 course
special they informed us that it was $18.99. Spoke with the manager and owner. They in formed us that is was only available
at some Outbacks. Even though it was listed on their website
on Indiana. Very bad customer service on the part of managememt. Be aware of advertised specials.

Visiting Spokane and met a dear friend for dinner. The service was outstanding! We ordered the following: 1. Cheesy Fries appetizer. It's basically a 5-7" bowl of fries with some grated cheddar on top. The fries were a healthy size but not hot and fresh crispy. The cheddar was minimal and not melted. The dish cooled very quickly. The ranch dressing is on point! Savory and creamy. 2. Ribeye steak w/Grilled Onion. Cooked to specified temp and flavorful. You get 2 sides. I opted for double steamed broccoli. The first round of broccoli had a fishy taste
The server was prompt in correcting the issue and removing the icky broccoli. The broccoli replacement came quickly thereafter and looked and tasted as steamed broccoli should. 3. Shrimp and Chicken Alfredo - not great. The shrimp arrived on a skewer, atop the pasta and was undercooked - still grey in color. The chicken was diced small and there was very little to no Alfredo sauce in the dish. Additionally, the pasta was dry. The overall dining experience was good but 2 out of 3 dishes were sub par. 4. Iceberg Wedge Salad. Crispy bacon and lettuce w/ good blue cheese dressing.

I've never walked out of a restaurant until today. Worst service that I've ever seen. I could have walked across the street, been fifth in line at the gas station, bought my own water and returned in the time it took to even get served our water and menus brought out. If that wasn't bad enough, who serves one person their drink and completely forgets to bring out my dates drink?

Ordered through door dash. Some genius in the kitchen didn't put the ribs in my sirloin AND ribs combo. What's the point of anything if you're not checking orders before they leave.

We haven't been to Outback for years and went last night for a family Christmas get together. 3 of us ordered filet w/lobster tail. Lobster tasted funky and I've been sick most of the night. One person had steak/shrimp alfredo...hardly any sauce and flavorless. Pecan blue cheese chopped salad had so much dressing the lettuce was soggy and transparent. Alice Springs chicken-over cooked and dry. Another ordered filet with coconut shrimp. Steak was way over cooked and never got the shrimp. Blooming onion was partly over cooked and partly still uncooked. Server was nice but never refilled waters-which was all 2 people were drinking, seemed irritated when we asked for more bread and drinks. Overall such a disappointment. None of us will be back. As a reference, this is only the 2nd time I've left a review for a restaurant so that's how upset I was. Almost embarrassed I had suggested coming here as 6 of the 7 of us were extremely disappointed in our meals. For $50 per person, expected more.

Our server was very pleasant and efficient. Food was typical Outback.

I'll say it again. Excellent service pushes average food above par every single time.
