Well it’s not been so good as of late. I’ve been there with 15 min until closing which should give the employees plenty of time to scoop my order into a bowl and send me on my way. Well recently they’ve been not serving starting at 9:45 I guess. Maybe it should be posted officially instead of 10 pm. Especially if there are four employees just moving about the joint. I would think at least one of them would be able to serve a paying customer on his lunch break.

I love panda 🐼 very delicious food, the chow main and rice is very delicious, I add teriyaki sauce to my chow main or rice makes the entrée pop with more flavor, I love pairing the entrée with honey walnut shrimp, and teriyaki chicken.

It never fails every time we go to this location after 4:00 p.m. they're always short-staffed they don't have fresh food and they don't even have stuff to plate your food in order to bigger plate with three entrees double Beijing beef and one orange chicken and got sweet fire chicken breast in a bowl on top of my noodles and rice with two sides Don't recommend going to this location will not be back I will be going to the other location on Argonne The managers are supervisors of this location really need to crack down on their employees and staff especially when they're short staff they need to figure out how to implement changes to help customers

I order drive through quite often. Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with Fried Rice, recently 3 days ago 9/24/25 something happened to the recipe for the Fried Rice it had a really bad rotten herb or metal taste. Chicken was just fine. Please go back to original recipe or keep consistency. I got sick from the Fried Rice. I'm still going to order but I'm going to ask to see the food first next time.

Went in last night with a birthday coupon. Couldn't figure out how to scan the coupon. Manager came over tried to figure it out, eventually noticed the coupon was expired. They were very polite and patient when they could have told me I was an idiot. Sorry I didn't catch their names but they were how all customer service should be. I'll be back

I'm pregnant and crave their orange chicken more than anything so tonight I checked the hours on my phone realized I had an hour before they closed so I walked almost three miles to get there and right before I got there I called and told the lady I was 5 minutes away and I needed to place a order for pickup, she was short and rude and said I couldn't place the order on the phone so I told her again I was only 5 minutes away and I'd be right there I get there and 9:40 and the Lobby's locked so I knock on the window and she ignores me for the first 5 minutes then she tells me to go through the drive-thru window so I stand there for another 10 minutes before I thought about calling then back on the phone. They were rude and told me they close at 930 on mondays... she should have mentioned they were already closed thr first time I called and told them I was literally running there and I'd be there in 5 minutes..... im literally in tears. What a knightmare, now im super hungry and thirsty and have to walk 3 miles all the way back home

****update, 8/30/25: We went and got a plate: we ordered orange chcken and honey walnut shrimp. They charged for, and gave us teriyaki chicken. When we drove back to inform that our order was wrong, and that we would like to pay the difference to get the honey walnut shrimp; we were told that they cant do that, and that our only option was on top of the $14 for the plate meal, was to pay another $6 for a tiny side of honey walnut shrimp. I am very disappointed in this interaction, and I think I will stick with the Sullivan location.**** Kids meal is perfect portions!
