I showed up right before closing, and they let me know what was left that I could purchase. They were so friendly, and I was thankful they let me order even though it was so late! Everyone at the window was so kind, and the food was amazing! I will be back ?
Cleanest facility and friendliest staff of all Panda's in Spokane. The food is fresh and delicious too.

Staff to fast past don't pay attention to people's order. This seems to be at all locations. Like the food but staff is like here you go WHAT? They will give you a good meal anything else is given in a small box and about 2/3rds of product charged at a high dollar.

Panda has changed. U pay more and get less now. Used to be u paid a fair price and got a lot. Rice is dry and rock hard. 7 pieces of chicken come on panda u can do better.

This young woman with black hair and piercings was completely rude talking to her friend and on her phone the entire time I was waiting for my food. When I asked for extra sauce she got an attitude with me and started laughing?

Each time I have been to this location in past year it has been great service. Friendly staff and no "extra" waiting that you get with other fast food locations.Parking: Hard to get into area and limited parking.

I showed up for my mobile order (which was set for basically right when they first opened) and the very friendly lady told me that they had their schedules changed and were still cooking the food. She gave me my drink and told me it would be about 5 minutes. Less than 5 minutes later she came to my car with my food and some extra spring rolls. Absolutely perfect way to handle the situation and so appreciated. Food was delicious and fresh. Will absolutely come back again.

Let's talk about food handling practices, not washing their hands you can see the cooks in the back not wearing gloves while restocking, not washing their hands before going to cook the food. Makes you wonder do they wash the dishes or do they just rinse them off and send them back out. I liked this location up till tonight and even if I'm not in the valley I would drive from 20 minutes away cause they always got my family's order correct. Well they botched it tonight I double checked before I left and maybe it's just a new policy Panda Express has let's follow the trend of not doing our jobs correctly. I would suggest someone actually taking the order on a till have a screen or a print out of the items ordered and maybe it would help them from having the sleepy joe syndrome yes we all forget things at times, maybe they have been working all day or working a double shift because of staffing shortages. But to see all the health violations and the cross contamination in my opinion the health department needs to make a visit to every single location and start writing citations for violations. I probably just like two other locations bring my business to them again. How many other locations are failing the public with proper food handling practices.
