if i could give 0 reviews i would. the drive through staff member asked if i wanted a bag, i said no and she literally said “oh can’t afford it” it was rude and the lack of customer was horrible. the food was over cooked and dry. i loved panda but this was a horrible experience.

Pretty solid for a Panda Express location. The staff is always great, and you never have to wait long in line. The food is pretty consistent too.

My online account was hacked due to it not utilizing 2FA or MFA. Someone placed a order for food at this location while I live in Michigan with my saved payment. My banked flagged it when they tried to place a second identical order and contacted me. After a month investigation, my bank is now stating that they are taking the money back out of my acct because Panda Express provided proof that I benefited from the order with a receipt. I told them I want to see the video of me picking up the food since I was using my card all weekend in Michigan at the same time and that is why they flagged it as suspicious and contacted me in the first place. They then had the nerve to tell me that it must have been a relative then. I don't have any relatives in Washington. It was HACKED! They bank has now lost me as a customer after 25 years and Panda Express has also now lost me as a loyal customer that has spent a lot of money over the years. Don't use their app or online system until they add 2FA or MFA. At the very least, don't save your payment info, enter every time.

I ordered the family meal for 5 online. My food was cold and soggy. I ordered from here due to it being what my Mom wanted for Mothers day dinner. I ordered chow mein which was just cold noodles. The fried rice was cold and greasy. The walnut shrimp was very soggy with not even one walnut in the box, very cold. The mushroom chicken was cold with very little chicken. The sesame chicken was overly breaded and soggy as well as being cold. Our two orders of egg rolls were cold. Last but not least the two orders of crab Rangoon were cold. To sum it up the food wall is all cold. It sat on the shelf without being under any heat lamp to keep it warm at least. For the over 50.00 I ended up spending today. I feel it was a waste of money. Plus the food was not even ready as promised on line. My receipt : The order number is 35183091734282240 and while waiting the other reciept number is 124813

I often buy food in Panda, usually it’s moderately spicy for me (I choose something that is not spicy).
Today I bought rice and steak with shrimps. And it was terrible. It was so spicy that it was impossible to eat. I had to throw it away.
