Never order if you want your food on time. Slowest papa johns ever and the employees don't even try. They go very slow and usually only half the employees are working. The rest just walk in circles

Super unfocused staff. I waited more than 25 minutes for a pizza I ordered online. Totally disorganized.😑👎👎

Half the pizza has no cheese on it what am I supposed to do to eat dough and bacon do yourself a favor do not order from this Papa John's make sure you go to Post falls or the one in Spokane do not use this location I have used it two times now and both times same thing half-ass pizza making

This review is not specific to the location that I ordered from. This review is in regards to the website which is ran by corporate. I did an online order for delivery and received it quickly and it was somewhat okay. I’ve had better. However, I paid DOUBLE what I should have been charged. I chose the “papas pairings” deal for 2 items for $6.99. When selecting my two medium pizzas I chose one as a pepperoni/cheese and the other pizza I added a few toppings. It did not limit the amount I put and it did not say that this topping would be X amount extra. This is definitely a function that should be on the site specifically for “deals”. I was charged $2 extra for each additional topping. I did not realize this until I called which was after I had paid $37 for my order. My $14 pizzas came out to $25 after I added the toppings before the taxes, tip, and delivery fee. This is very frustrating. When I called the location the guy had no idea why. He did note that toppings are $2 extra each. Would’ve been nice to know.

It's a great place to eat AND to work!

Cannot ask for extra anything in doordash or website so I called. I told her the reason I called is I would like extra extra pineapple on my pizza, a lot of it and there is no way to do this online. They have comments turned off so theres no way to communicate about an order or ask for what you want. She repeats extra extra pineapple. Literally a sprinkle of pineapple. Nearly $40 to them and you cant even get what you want as a customer online or via phone. Order somewhere else that actually wants to give the customer satisfaction of a simple request.

It’s pizza but real good pizza

How come the crust has been changed? It used to be the crust used to be one of the best parts, basically like a breadstick. Now it's not. It doesn't taste as fresh or as good as what Papa Johns was known for. I ordered the cinnamon pull aparts as well, it tasted stale or frozen? It was so weird. Like they had pulled it from the freezer, they cooked it and it was mushy.
