Love the chicken tacos. New costmer but I wanted to ask chef to make them the same every time. The first time I went the chicken was cooked with a crispy outside. Second time seemed microwaved or maybe in a hurry. Anyway I'll keep coming back .

This is some of the best Mexican food I have ever had in Spokane. The flavor is off the charts. I like a lot of other local spots but none of them have the Amazing taste profile as this food truck .

Quesadilla was fantastic, much thicker and more ingredients than I was expecting, a lovely surprise. Chicken was perfectly spiced. Probably had ruined me for other places' quesadilla.
So good! Green salsa is on my tomatillo- no spice but good flavor. Carne asada is delicious. So glad I stopped!
