This is some of the best Mexican food I have ever had in Spokane. The flavor is off the charts. I like a lot of other local spots but none of them have the Amazing taste profile as this food truck .
Quesadilla was fantastic, much thicker and more ingredients than I was expecting, a lovely surprise. Chicken was perfectly spiced. Probably had ruined me for other places' quesadilla.
Oh man, I'm hooked. The simplicity of the street taco has been mastered. I am now a regular to say the least. If you haven't found this gem of a taco truck yet, you are missing out!
