I REALLY wish they would train them to write things down or have some sort of system to. Reminding them multiple times and if you have any different drinks it confuses them. The drinks when right are generally AWESOME!

The monthly lotus drink menu is so fun.
I ordered two shots of espresso with heavy cream and raspberry and did not get any flavor and they put the hot shots in a plastic cup.
I love the variety they have for sugar free flavors and love the flavored whip!
