Pizza was great. Had it delivered and it was here quick. But they used door dash. I received text messages from 4 different numbers for the delivery. Nice to know there sharing your info with a vendor. Have no plans to order another pizza from them with delivery as long as they use subs to deliver.

Never ordering Pizza Hut again this isn’t even the first time it’s happend to me as well they ended up giving the order to door dash when I ordered from their personal app that’s not to bad just have to wait an hour later for my order but on top of that they give me the wrong order as well

Horrible service. Too busy messing around talking and laughing in the back while I waited an additional 30 minutes for my food and another customer wasn't even helped until they finally noticed. And then my whole pizza proceeded to be made wrong so idk what managers you put in that store but the people you guys hired for this shift is a joke

Literally just waited 10 minutes standing at the front counter for my pizza that was ready and waiting just because not one employee even looked that direction. Zero awareness. They weren't even busy. Would've taken two seconds to greet and hand me the pizza. Literally the worst

I wish i could do negative stars. I had an order on 3/15/25 my order took over an hr to arrive. When i called to ask about my order she told me she didn’t have any delivery drivers & was using doordash and couldn’t do anything about how long its been and hangs up on me. I called again and asked why she hung up on me when she didn’t even bother to ask my order number or have some type of concern that my order has taken over an hr and it still says they are waiting on my order, she hung up on me again. So i called again and asked for her name and managers name and she said she was the manager and she couldn’t give me that information i also asked for a refund and to cancel the order because at this point we are all tired of waiting for a pizza that’s supposed to been here. She hung up on me for the 3rd time. ! SO PLEASE i hope you hold this so called “ manager “ accountable for her unprofessional character. She had the option to make things right but instead proceeded to be rude and wouldn’t give me her name or managers information pizza came late and cold!!! :( so disappointing

Ordered 2 my hut boxes with buffalo wings, they were so cold and dried up, and definitely were honey bbq. Stuff happens i get it but when I called the worker and said she just made those and they are definitely Buffalo. Kind of irritating really… because I paid 30 for to small hut boxes and tip well just to hear that I’m mistaken. Well don’t get wings at a pizza place unless it’s papa John’s I guess.

This pizza was horrible! The crust was nasty and like it hadn’t been properly proofed. It was greasy and flavorless. We were given cup pepperoni instead of regular. Wow! Super dissatisfied.

I ordered a large pizza of medium thickness with ham, mushrooms and olives. Then I ordered another small one for my child. While we were waiting, we decided to try the pizza, but unfortunately there was no ham in it.
But the dough tasted normal. I reported this and they remade the pizza for me without any problems. And they gave me another pie.
I thought what a good service until I got home. I gave this pizza to my family and it was terrible. It was just dough spread with filling. The dough is thick, and almost no filling. It was completely tasteless. The dough was very greasy, too. Everyone refused to eat it, and I was very upset.

Been craving the stuffed crust pizza which used to be my favorite with pepperoni, mushrooms and jalapenos. Been quite a few years since I've had one of these, also been hearing a lot of bad reviews about the Pizza Hut chain. I checked out the reviews for the store at 9211 East Montgomery and they weren't good but I thought I would go ahead and try it myself, I mean how hard could it be to mess this up well there's more to the story and it surely didn't impress me. Although I was thanked for coming in by the dish washer. After ordering online for carry out it prompted me it would take 15 minutes I thought I'd give an extra 5 minutes before I showed up to carry out my order for the stuff crust pizza just to be on the safe side. Ended up waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes before they presented me with an order that actually wasn't even my order. I gave the lady my name for the order and she said that there was no order under my name. Then she started screaming for Adam the general manager to come and explain to her what happened cuz he apparently lost my order somehow even though he was the one who collected my cash when I first came in. Well after screaming several times for him to come to the front counter he never showed up. She explained to me that it was almost closing time but she was more than willing to go make my pizza. I opted out of her offer and asked for a refund. I understand people make mistakes just because we're human for one and whether it's because of being overworked, maybe personal things at home, new on the job, tired at the end of your shift or just having an off day and also possibly poor management who fail to keep their employees motivated to put in at least 85%(just my own opinion), that way you can maintain a healthy work environment and not burn yourself out and if you're down the other 15% maybe a co-worker could cover you, blaw, blaw, blaw. It just saddens me to see businesses like this failing when corporate tries so hard to offer such a great diversity of things on their menus, they're offering new items, training employees in the processing of customer orders accurately and consistently training them to uphold their responsibity to provide efficient and excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Blue callor doesn't want to pull their weight at this local level and that's why I'm choosing not to return. I generally don't go out much but when I do I expect somewhat of a pleasant experience not a fish out of water suffocating itself flopping around everywhere wide eyed looking for puddle to jump back into.

Not worth the price tag!! Quality, consistency, and taste has gone severely downhill since the new manager took over. Pizzas appear overcooked, dough tastes stale like it's old dough. Toppings seem mushy yet overcooked and burnt. Employees seem less happy to be there. Seems like the focus has drifted away from the excellent quality and customer service of the previous store manager.

Extremely unappreciative delivery drivers. I tip between 5 and $8 per order. Third driver in a row that just handed me my stuff and said have a good night and walked off. Seriously thinking about not tipping anymore. Pizza is usually on point though!
