I added an 18% tip when I placed the order bringing the total to $110.00 plus. The driver showed up with my food but would not let me see the receipt I was supposed to sign. I found out why afterward when my bank texted me the charge. Your driver added another 22 dollars for a total tip of over 60% on my $83 order. I was pissed. I called the store and politely asked to speak to a manager. The manager asked my address and when I told him he put me on hold and never returned. After 20 minutes I hunh\g up. I am doing a chargeback on the payment. If pizza hut goes after me for the charge I will counter sue for whatever amount my lawyer thinks she can get me. This is stealing from your customers

Ordered by phone, the guy hung up on me. Never thought the order went through. $35 for a medium pizza and everyone in the store is training.Domino's just delivered my correct order.You owe me $40 wrong pizza & tip. You guys have messed up two orders or 1 I ordered and on I didn't.

Do not waste your money here. I got a dried out pepperoni pizza. Ordered online then went to pick it up. Barely warm. I think they had a pizza someone did not pick up and gave it to me after being under heat lamp for a period of time. I could have eaten the cardboard box as it would have been more flavorful.

Was on the phone making a order and then the lady told me that she was not in my city that I called the wrong number when I was told the number to call to the area that I was in and called it directly then continue to call it back and then they continue to tell me that it'd be over an hour wait so it's clear that they were being bitter from the start definitely would not recommend working or ordering from this store I don't know what would be in my food out of all the attitude they were giving.

Met the coolest deliverydriver ever! The 5 stars are for her! Her name is Shawna? I believe at the Montgomery location and her customer service was on point it! Even made the food taste better I swear! ?Seriously i hope this girl gets a RAISE! I never do Google reviews this is a first but fursure she deserves a shout out!!! Thank you ❤️

Worse customer experience ever. My wife and I ordered a to go order on a Sunday. Luckily this place wasn't busy so our order did not take long. When I arrived, I went inside and saw that my order was not finished yet, not the end of the world. I was happy to wait for hot and fresh pizza. When asked for my order name, I said "oh it looks like it's not done just yet, happy to wait." to which the guy over the counter responded back so extremely rude, that I didn't even want to wait! Once my pizza was done, he couldn't even be bothered to get off his phone and look where he was going. The entire time he was getting my pizza out of the warmer to my hands, he was just deep into his phone screen. Worse experience of my life. Usually these things don't bother me and I understand working for a fast food place sucks, but it costs nothing to be nice... Food was good, but both my wife and I didn't feel super great afterwards, but hey its pizza, what were we expecting.

They were great but they had to resource our delivery to door dash... which was a horrible experience!! When we called pizza hut (since for dash driver wouldn't answer) they teenage order and delivered it themselves. It was great! Door dash sucks! Especially David K....
