Worst pizza experience of my life.
Ordered online @8:20pm didn’t get my meal till 10:30. Paid over $80 for food for the family for the wrong drinks, no wings, no dip, and NO COMPENSATION. just an annoyed delivery guy with cold food and cheese sticks that tasted like cinnamon. There were no options to get a refund for the missing food/wrong drinks- We’ll see if anything shows up but I seriously doubt it at this point.

Food was fresh and hot. Service was great and speedy. I got a to go order. One thing was the garlic parmesan wings were not sauced. The sauce was only in the bottom of the container.

I wish I could give negative stars i would. Ordered 2 items at 10pm, the dasher got to the store at 1030pm messgees me to let me know an at 1055pm I call the store an got hung up on 3 times called again and savanna the manager i guess she says she is , didn't even know what my order was, then I told her and asked why it's taking so long for 2 items she told me I shouldn't order food at 10pm, and then a said my dasher just arrived i said no hr got there at 1030pm then told me she is to busy to keep up and I told her an hour is ridiculous,she kept yelling at me n hung up on me a 4th time an refused to answer again. She also refused to tell the dasher what my order was so he could make sure it was correct.
When the dasher arrived at my house he said she was really rude to him as well. I called another store to get the complaint number and the gentleman there Tyler was very helpful and gave me information I needed and said im not the 1st one to call an complain about the valley store on Sullivan in Spokane valley snd that he csn believe what I said as Jessica is always rude like that. This issue will be going to corporate number hoping to get Jessica fired or demoted you don't talk to people or treat them bad if you don't like your job find another one. Definitely wont be going back here. N i feel bad for the dasher as well.
People save yourself the irritation and frustration of going to this location im hoping this will get to the right person to handle it correctly i will be going into the store to speak to a gm tom

Ordered 2 pizzas and an 8 piece boneless wings. I brought my pizzas inside and realized the pizza was made wrong on one of them (they used a different sauce, which would not go well at all with the toppings), so I called immediately and they said they’d send a replacement. I then opened up the wings and 5/8 of them were around the similar size to the picture. I didn’t want to call and complain again, but it just wasn’t a good experience at all. The driver was great and very friendly, I know it was an inconvenience for him to return a second time (same driver). The lack of quality control was disheartening.

Welp, this restaurant just canceled my order, I missed the call that would have presumably explained why, when trying to call back I get a lengthly third party process of menus that ends with me on an infinite hold. Now im out the redemption points I used in that order with no way to get in contact with the store. Ffs

It took 15 minutes to order 25 dollars worth of food. An hour and a half to deliver 8 minutes. Savanna the manager refused to talk to me about the special and the poor lady finally found it. Tipped the driver in advance for a no contact delivery. They rang the doorbell. Food was cold. A personal pan one topping and 4 wings.

Good pizza except the fact the worker cut a price for himself...
Went to pick up my pizza this evening and was suppose to be ready when I got there, checked in and told me it was almost ready, sat there for 20 minutes and then asked if my pizza was coming soon and was told I don’t know and I asked who wild know and the kid told me , “I don’t know maybe God”. And he turned around and walked away. This store is a joke and every employee was totally rude and never been treated like that before and Savannah the “manager” was doing nothing and did nothing to help the situation, in fact she also hid in the back

Took 45 minutes to get my pizza after i arrived to pick it up. As well as a stoned person who can't take a social cue. I get it pizza is good when you're high, but when I got Savannah staring at me with her eyes all glossy and she's the one cooking the pizza.. I don't know what has happened to this place over the last few months, but it's now not the spot to go for us.

Been waiting two hours, they won’t refund, they won’t answer the phone my whole family has been waiting for dinner and it looks like we won’t be getting it now. Thank you for making a horrible day even worse!

I arrived last night, Saturday Apr 5 at 7:24 pm. Was told the dining room was closed at 7 pm. Which was really strange for a Sarurday night.
I went away hungry and very disappointed.
Today, I called at 6 PM to verify at what t8me the dining room closed. I was told at 7 pm.
So I drove from CdA and arrived at about 6:15 pm, and was told the dining room was already closed. I told them I called 10 minutes ago to confirm the dining room was open till 7 pm.
Then someone stepped up and said he would serve me in the dining room. So I ordered, the food arrived quickly and it was exceptional!!
So other than the dining room closing early, and being told one thing then something else, the experience was otherwise great. Unfortunately I couldn't give 5 stars due to the rude treatment.
