yummy food!
I went on 01/11/26 in the evening and ordered a L bowl. Not only was I the only one in the establishment, the person working continued to work on online orders again and again while i was just sitting there. After 15 minutes he finally started my order. I got home, ate, and almost an hour after had severe like food poising symptoms that last all night. No I did not not eat anything else, no I do not have an underlying gastrointestinal disease, and yes I regularly consume raw fish almost daily. Be careful eating here.

I order from here often because the food is fresh and filling. My problem for the last year or so has been the employees at the Pines location in the valley. They seem like the last place they want to be is at work or serving a customer, like the laptop or phone they’re on is more important than anything else and then when they do serve you, there is zero personality. Like working with an annoyed robot.

I love this local chain! Another great lunch spot that's also open for dinner. I wish they were open earlier for boba, but understand their hours for lunch and dinner. They have great drinks too! Can be on the higher priced side if you're getting poke & boba, but worth it. All their locations are equally excellent and they always fresh ingredients. Never disappointed. They don't do the ice cream rolls anymore, but the boba is better anyway imo.

Poke was good, staff were friendly, they did not have rolled ice cream. We drove 40 minutes specifically for the rolled ice cream as advertised on their website but staff report they are no longer selling it.

If you love sushi, this is a really great place to eat! There are so many options and it is delicious and super convenient. The staff here was wonderful both times we went on our vacation and the building was clean. Truly was one of the highlights of our trip.

The food was ok, but not special by any means. The thing that stood out most to me was that the guy behind the counter making the bowls...... hates his job. It was painful to watch him go through the motions of taking our order and making the rice bowls up.
I might try a different location, but I'm not putting him or myself through that again. Awkward.
