Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Really really disappointed. My hubby & I went and hour and a half from our house to celebrate our bdays together and for over 50$ it wasn't worth it. Our server was super friendly & was great. Hubby's dinner, jalapeño heatwave burger was mediocre at best. I had the smashed avocado & bacon burger . . . . It was actually gross. The burger wasn't seasoned, the bacon, if thats what it really was, tasted like soggy paper. Im so disappointed. I dont think we'll go back. Live too far to take it back. Red Robin is no longer my favorite burger place.

Our server Maddie was absolutely amazing! She checked on us enough to not annoy us but enough to make sure we had everything we needed. She also knew that my toddler needed a high chair and a lif for her drink before I said anything. Because of her we will DEFINITELY be coming back for our out of the house dinners! Thank you so much for being amazing!

This is my second time eating at this location. The food was great, but the service was outstanding. I had the same server as my first time. My server, Lauren (Gran?), is exceptional. Not only did she remember me right away from my first visit couple weeks ago, she was on top of both my bottomless beverage and side refills. This is by far my best experience with any server I have in any restaurant. I told her I love the garlic Parmesan broccoli. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my worth of bottomless refills without me signaling her. Extra kudos and thankful for the excellent customer service she demonstrated tonight.

It's been a few years, so time for an update. Kate was excellent. We had a great talk about tattoos and the free appetizers she liked the best (new member promo).

The food was good and I like the new garlic parm broccoli. It's not deep fried potatoes, but saved me some carbs. Thanks RR;

My family and I were in Spokane for the day, and we were excited to have the opportunity to eat here, especially since the one in our hometown closed some time ago. Upon our arrival, we were seated promptly and introduced to our server, Andi. From the outset, Andi demonstrated remarkable patience and professionalism, particularly as I juggled the needs of my energetic boys. She effortlessly brought us drinks and menus, all while ensuring that we felt welcomed and comfortable. I also have a couple of food allergies, and I was impressed by Andi's depth of knowledge regarding the menu. She expertly guided me through the options, outlining the ingredients and recommending safe choices without hesitation. It was clear that she took pride in ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience for her guests. Throughout our meal, Andi was incredibly attentive, almost seeming to anticipate our needs before we voiced them. Her keen sense of timing and warm demeanor truly elevated our dinner experience to fantastic heights.
