We came to dinner to celebrate our daughter and we left very disappointed. When we ordered our drinks we were unable to get the milkshake because they were out of soft serve (not a big deal) so we went with the new fizzy drinks. At first our daughter was excited to try it until she noticed a hair along the inside of her glass. When they brought our appetizer I asked for a new drink and she said oh ok and walked away. When our actual server came to the table she made it right but it was just un appetizing after that.

First off, our server was excellent. She kept checking in on us and kept our drinks full. It was honestly one of the best experiences we have had in years, at least until we got the food. We ordered a couple of appetizers to start. We got the large stack of onion rings. We noticed that it was missing an onion ring but we didn't say anything. Then both my wife and I bit into the first two on the stack and neither was fully cooked. As you can see in the picture, there was raw flower that looked like the oil hadn't gotten to. Disappointed, we didn't say anything and just threw the pieces in one of our baskets. Then we started to eat the fried pickles that we ordered. After we got through the top layer we noticed our basket was full of chunks of breading from the fryer and it seemed like maybe we got the last of the bag of fried pickles because there were just small pieces and incomplete chunks of them. Because of this we decided not to order any food and we paid and eventually left.
The pricing is out of control and the food quality just isn't that good. It cost $45 after tip for the undercooked scraps that we got. We went to Thrifty Scotsman's got a couple of super bacons and fries as well as new onion rings for the same price as what we had paid for pop and the crappy appetizers here.
We used to come here multiple times a month but since you got rid of the better mozzarella sticks the value and quality have gone downhill. You got rid of the pick two starters, got rid of bottomless fries, your "cheaper" tavern doubles are now twice the price and in some cases, more expensive than your main burgers used to be. Now your "premium" burgers are $20 each. The food just isn't worth the premium price. With the exception of last night, the service is usually lacking. It will be a long time before we come back.

Been here a few times and they aren’t half bad! Burgers are worth looking at and the appetizers always come out decently fast. The servers are on top of it, asking us if we needed more water or drinks filled again. So far each thing i’ve had on the menu ( menu is pretty big ) hasn’t been bad. Little computer thing on the table so you can pay and just leave, very brilliant. Makes it less difficult for some people.

It has been years since we have been at the Valley RR. Stopped in for lunch yesterday and even though they were extremely busy both in the main restaurant and the bar--we received super friendly and efficient service. My husband said the chicken sandwich was one of the best he's ever had. I've had Donato's pizza in Ohio and loved it but wasn't sure how the thin crust local version would be...and WOW! Amazing..sooo good! Crispy pepperoni, slightly sweet sauce with big chunks of fresh pineapple on every piece...not soggy, mushy canned stuff and I love the square cut! Our server Ty did everything just right. He was there when we needed him but he didn't hound us either. A manager walked by and acknowledged us too...this place was running like a well oiled machine. Only 4 stars because for some reason the table we sat at (the ones with bench seats on one side and a bar stool on the other) didn't have the foot rest...which is a must have for tall bar stools so that wasn't too comfortable...but other than that we were so impressed! Will definitely be back. We really appreciate cleanliness, quality food, friendly service and staff that go above and beyond and Ty/the Valley Red Robin delivered it all!

It sucks to put a low rating, my card was charged 10 extra bucks than what my receipt says and I can't report it because they will make my card not work in the middle of being out on a birthday vacation with kids.

Just had the EXTREME DISPLEASURE of being served by Desiree. She totally had a chip on her shoulder from the minute we sat down. I tried to hand her my menu after i ordered and she just stared at it while my arm has been out as she take two more orders. I said, here is the menu and she says i will get them all at once when im done. When my friend got his burger his bacon was raw and she argued with him that its all precooked but it looked totally raw and who wants raw pork touching the rest of their food. We all just really want to point out that Desiree is incredibly rude. It felt like she was looking for arguments and jumped at every chance to show us who was in control of our experience.

Red Robin is one if my go to places. I normally order the Chicken Encinada Platter. This night, Saturday the 4th of January 2025, we sat in the bar and service was slow, sloppy and forgetful.

Not what it used to be. For starters, my husband's chicken sandwich had no flavor. It was very bland and the lettuce tasted terrible. My salad was good, excep, again, the lettuce tasted old 😕 If it wasn't for the other items in the salad that masked the flavor of the lettuce, I would have sent it back. And, one last note, each basket of "bottomless" contained about 7-10 fries and after 4 "baskets" which we shared, the waitress took everything away and did not ask if we wanted more.

Me and my boyfriend ate here because everywhere else was packed. We have both had bad experiences in the past with Red Robin, but we tried again for the benefit of the doubt. We had great service and we were seated in a good place. We ordered an appetizer, which was great, a little small, but our main course was much too expensive for what we recieved. We got a small pizza and the chicken strips. The pizza was awful. The cheese was so gross and the pizza was way overpriced for its size (size of a totinos pizza). The chicken strips showed up cold and the fries we got (garlic fries) tasted so weird. Our server did apologize and wanted to try to get us different fries, but we declined. It was an okay experience, but the food was so overpriced for what we got.

Very first visit ever to Red Robin. Spent $80 dollars on 2 friends and I to have just a burger and fries with drinks.
Husband used to be a manager at Five Guys- so I know a good burger.
Overpriced for the food I received. Mushroom Swiss burger was extremely bland and soggy from the mushrooms which were mounded higher than the patty. All the fries we were served were extremely hard and bland as well. Upcharged for garlic parm fries when I just got a dusting of parm and my fries were in a literal pool of oil. Even with the pool of oil, somehow the fries were still hard! The onion rings my friend ordered were not seasoned and were not hard but rather rubbery! I will be contacting customer support today because I am so disappointed!
