I wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible hard work of the Sbarro employees this holiday season. I am often in the mall and usually see the same four employees, with typically only one to two people working at a time, yet they consistently do an outstanding job despite the high volume of customers and the stress that comes with it. I have personally witnessed many rude or impatient customers, but the staff always maintains a calm, professional, and respectful demeanor, which truly stands out. The pizza often sells out as soon as it comes out of the oven, which I know can be very stressful, but they continue to do the best they can while keeping service moving. As a frequent customer, I wanted to acknowledge their dedication, resilience, and excellent customer service—they are doing a great job and deserve recognition.

Debie/evi, the gal who works close on Thursday night (veterans day), unwashed brown hair and a nose ring. Denied service to my veteran husband who asked for two full pizzas, when he was informed their policy is that they do not take orders an hour before close he then asked to purchase the remaining 9 pizza slices for a family of 7. He was again informed they could not accommodate his order, he left without purchasing any items. I went over just before they closed at 6pm (we had kiddos playing at we play) and let me tell you how much i loved seeing all those unsold pizza slices still there. Happy veterans day to those who have chosen to serve for our freedoms and please choose not to support Subarro who lack the bravery to feed a hungry pizza family of 7!

The crust was ok and the pepperoni was bussin but that’s the only good thing I had to say about the pizza. Too much sauce and cheese tastes like Chuck E Cheese and I mean that in a bad way. Sorry.

Food was ok, supreme stromboli was overwhelmingly tomato flavor, the pep and sausage stromboli was good overall but both were slightly over cooked on the edges, Making them hard to chew. Service was alright, but every single item you had to wait for then to put it in the oven before getting the next, Taking forever better items in my order.

The pizza was disgusting. Almost no sauce and the dough had no flavor at all. Not worth $7 a slice. Also the fountain soda was down and forced you to pay for bottled items.

Well. Sbarro Pizza So Cool. My Favorite Pizza Is Cheese. My Girlfriend Julie Loves It.
Worst pizza place I have ever been too. It’s never been that great but today was the last time I’ll go. I asked for pepperoni pizza and the girl behind the counter didn’t say anything and just put it in the oven and walked away before I could even finish my order. Before that she was very rude to the lady in front of me as well. Then a different girl came out and said they wouldn’t take $50 bills. After that I didn’t bother getting anything. Always horrible service and burnt or old food from this place. Should move out of the mall and make space for a different restaurant that actually cares about good service and good food.

me and my friend came here real quick to get some pizza and the two girls behind the counter were quite possibly the LEAST welcoming humans we’ve ever come across. The girl at the checkout literally just stared at me with dead eyes when i asked her for a drink. after 15 FULL SECONDS i finally was like oh can i get dr pepper please! she said nothing and just filled it up. like girl??? i get it’s minimum wage but it’d be so much easier to be friendly 😭
