So I usually mobile order at this Starbucks once in a while and everytime they seem to mess something up…I work just down the road at another Starbucks and I’m pretty aware of how I ordered something and how it should taste. Today I ordered a grande peach green tea lemonade with extra lemonade and strawberry açaí base, not only did they not do the strawberry açaí base they didn’t do the lemonade either AND ITS LITERALLY IN THE NAME!! This is a reacquiring incident with this location. I’m just baffled at why someone can’t make it correctly because it literally has everything written on the sticker….do better.

Extremely rude workers working the window. Absolutely terrible attitude and this place does not deserve your money. Just about every other coffee shop in the area will treat you better.
April 22, I suggest the manager check who was on the schedule to see who the problem is for coaching

The new remodel really downsized and the seating layout is not great.

The remodel is nice, but much less seating - about 4 tables, so prepare for that. The baristas greet you immediately when coming and going. Very friendly service, and always quick on the mobile orders.
