Served tea scolding hot. So hot that the cup began to melt. I asked for it to be remade, they said they cannot control the temperature which is fine. The cup was melting, I had just requested a tea to be remade with some cold water. They decided to throw ice on top of an already full drink with an attitude. Didn’t bother to empty it out, but overfilled the cup. Thanks guys.

The two ladies working today were confused, and didn't know what they were doing. I stood there for 19 minutes before they helped me. We were invisible! I'm very disappointed. No wonder I haven't been to this location in years.

My daughter loves them. They always get her order perfect and are always friendly and professional.
Kid-friendliness: My 13 year old is the one ordering and they are patient and kind to her...even if she doesn't get the Starbuck verbage exactly right.

I had a great experience here. Came to do homework and they have free wifi. They also have a lot of larger tables for group seating which is super nice! The whole establishment including the bathroom was clean. The staff were quick and efficient at getting mine and other customers drinks.
