It's amazing that they will charge you full price for their watered down beverages because the worker is too lazy to change the fountain. Sandwiches that were toasted are still cold. Went at 1:50 Sunday April 7th. No name tag either because who needs accountability.

Though the facility was cleaning and tidy and the food was ready and put on the shelf for pickup when I got there the sandwich leaves something to be desired. I will not be going back here you should not have a meal that is not going to leave your mouth dry and searching for something to drink so that you can enjoy your sandwich.Per explanation of only employee on shift it was made to the subway standards. He also persisted to disagree and convince my other half it was done correctly and he refused to allow him to come back for a remake or side of sauce to add to the sandwich because "we are closing in 15 min." Even though we were only 5 min away.I didn't realize it was customary to argue with customers and to tell them that they are wrong when obviously they are correct if they are calling to complain. Not to mention every other Subway makes it to where you are not choking on your bread like this location is due to lack of sauce.Very disappointed in this establishment. Only giving two stars because one is for the cleanliness and two is for the speedy service.

No disrespect to the employee. But this subway, the one in the HiCO mart on Argonne and the liberty lake store all all owned by the same terrible owner. they do not honor coupons.. VERY IMPORTANT!!! I recently visited a Subway franchise and witnessed a disturbing incident. A young man who appeared to be an employee resigned from his position and was verbally harassed by the owner and manager. The behavior was completely unprofessional and included the use of derogatory names and profanity. As an older woman, I found the situation very uncomfortable and distressing to witness.It's important for employers to provide a safe and respectful workplace for their employees. The behavior of the management at this Subway franchise falls far short of that standard. No employee should be subjected to this kind of unprofessional behavior, especially during what should be a routine resignation.I hope that this review encourages the franchise's management to take action to improve their workplace culture. It's not only harmful to employees but also creates a negative experience for customers who witness it. I urge the franchise's management to take steps to ensure that this kind of behavior does not occur in the future

To be honest, I always used to look down on Subway; but after having it recently, I realized I judge too harshly. The sandwiches are pretty solid, and the staff is very quick. I'll definitely be coming back soon.
