Got here and we had 15 minutes to closing and they said they close in 10 minutes and their line is already put away!! If you're not taking orders shut off your open sign!

Woof, not great. Walked in, no one else inside ordering food, the employee behind the counter looked at me and immediately walked away into the back. The other employee came to help me a minute or two later. Stated that the toaster needs to warm up…. so I can’t get anything that needs to be heated up. Overall customer service way below par.
Got my sandwich, just meh, not great overall quality and 15$ for a turkey and ham sandwich c’mon - What has happened to subway?

Horrible horrible experience couldn't even eat my sub and they wouldn't fix it or give me my money back. My bread was burnt, I was missing all my veggies besides one and the ones on their were soggy and gross and apparently less pepper means so much you can't even see through It to the ingredients. I didn't even attempt to eat it. It was disgusting and went straight in the trash

Don’t go to this location. I put in an online order and here I am 45 minutes later still waiting for the food when only two people are in their lobby. Tried to call the store and they let the phone ring for three minutes straight and never picked up the phone.

I mean, it’s un enthusiastic underpaid people, doing build a bear with mass produced sandwich ingredients. Whoever gives it 5 stars is out they mind. Not bad though, as far as subway goes it was better than most.

Show up 9/29/2025 at 5:55pm and the store was closed,which sign says close at 9pm Why are all the subways closed I went to a second location at Trent and francer at 6:05pm and they are closed but Google said they closed at 7pm

It's been quite a while since we've been in a subway and now I remember why. The sandwiches are fine. But the foul girl with dark hair and a nose ring was absolutely horrible.
Like, I can understand making sandwiches for a living must suck but to be that rude and foul to people is out of line. The loud vulgar rap music blaring from the back was the icing on the cake. $50 for two sandwiches and two drinks is absurd...
This experience tells me it's Jimmy John's from here on our.
I love the people at this store, but the staffing is not good. Usually, they’d have one or two people working during lunch, but now it’s just down to one which wasn’t a problem when they could handle 1-2 customers at once. Now, the one person is struggling to do even one customer (not disparaging anybody, but it means business customers are spending their entire lunch break waiting for 1 sandwich). I don’t mean to complain, I hope the review is helpful to whomever might read it.

I really hope the store manager sees this but the manager that helped my mother tonight was the manager on duty and her name was Amy she helped us buy making 5 sandwiches and she made them really quickly as well and I appreciate that as well. So Amy if you see this your a bad ass women that kicked ass on quickly making our order and thank you again.

CLOSES EARLY JUST BECAUSE.
Showed up at 7:40pm and they said they were already closing and not serving any longer for the evening. I asked if their hours were until 8pm, they said yes, and then looked blankly at me as I reminded them it was only 7:40. They shrugged and said a dismissive "sorry". They locked the door after I left and I saw 3 other cars show up to locked doors just in the time it took me to get in my car and decide where else I'd rather go. This location is notorious for doing whatever they want, not have supplies on hand (out of ingredients), never honor any subway deals and just overall ran by unprofessional people. Avoid them, travel the extra 5-10 min to another subway, it's worth it.

Giving a 2 star is not something I normally do and to be honest they're lucky they are not getting a 1. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Note to the staff hang up before you start talking crap about the customer who is on the phone with you. If getting on the phone to answer some questions about the food is too much find a different job.
