CLOSES EARLY JUST BECAUSE.

Showed up at 7:40pm and they said they were already closing and not serving any longer for the evening. I asked if their hours were until 8pm, they said yes, and then looked blankly at me as I reminded them it was only 7:40. They shrugged and said a dismissive "sorry". They locked the door after I left and I saw 3 other cars show up to locked doors just in the time it took me to get in my car and decide where else I'd rather go. This location is notorious for doing whatever they want, not have supplies on hand (out of ingredients), never honor any subway deals and just overall ran by unprofessional people. Avoid them, travel the extra 5-10 min to another subway, it's worth it.

Giving a 2 star is not something I normally do and to be honest they're lucky they are not getting a 1. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Note to the staff hang up before you start talking crap about the customer who is on the phone with you. If getting on the phone to answer some questions about the food is too much find a different job.

Employees was really rude this evening. Disrespectful to the customer. She had an attitude before attending to us. Sorry you should really have professional work ethic. Not busy at all.

Went with some friends ti get some sandwiches before an event. Not only did the other 2 employees not help but they made the new girl make our subs which is fine until I realized that she barely put any toppings on it only 1 layer of meat across the whole sandwich when it used to be 4. And then they charged me 16$ for an primo Italiano which isn't what I ordered I ordered the cheaper spicy Italian. Wont be returning, also I think I got food poisoning because my gut has been killing me all morning hygiene must not be great at this store

I came in and it was busy ish but the reason it took so incredibly long is because Vanessa was moving at a snail pace and clearly didn't care about the line. She was mostly nice but the staff argued with the party before me, myself and the party after me about bread. So if every customer is not understanding your flatbread situation, perhaps post a sign or explain it and not just be rude about it. I also ordered a "flatbread" and when it came time to toast it she then informed me that's now allowed with this bread. Fine. I would have gotten a different one if you told me that earlier. Yall are just pissing people off by being rude, not informing your guests of these changes that are not posted and going slow. The sign says flatbread and when someone orders it they snarkly say "We don't have flatbread!" And then pull out a flatbread that I guess is different lol. Overall just rude and my sandwich was not at all what I came for and not well made. The icing on the cake was watching Vanessa put one pickle on at a time very slowly zoning out completely, bb gurl come on you ain't gotta be scared of them pickles girl. Look at all these 1 star reviews, yall gotta at least try and be reasonably quick.??

The new manager with the tattoo on her face was so awful. She became so disgruntled and extremely disrespectful when we asked to toast the new flatbread sub. Although in California and Oregon and other locations here in Spokane will toast it just fine? Is it not how the customer wants anymore? She was very vile and rude to my children the whole time as well. All they wanted was a simple subway lunch like we get often. We will never return to this location. This new manger clearly thinks she is a “subway thug” just by the way she carried herself. Trying to intimidate people is terrible. Shame on you for thinking you could treat people so terrible. I wish you the best in your life having an attitude like that. Disgusting.

Mexican looking lady with the tattoos on her face literally has the worse customer service I've ever experienced in a subway. Extremely confrontational when asked to toast my sub. Then wants to talk under her breath and insult my physical disabilities. Asked for her to be kind and she asked if I wanted to get my teeth broke out. Never gonna visit this location ever again.

Terrible location. The so called “new manager” with the tattoo on her face was extremely rude to my children even. When asked if we could toast the new flatbread she looked us straight in the eyes and said “I won’t toast it” and even though we just traveled to California, Oregon and back home to wa and all subways toasted them just fine for us and they did not turn into a “cracker” like she said which was a blow to our color of skin because then she went on about white folks thinking they were head while whispering to her co worker. All while she is the “manager” then wants to talk crap about physical disability. She was vile and very disgruntled. Very scary would never return to this subway. We shouldn’t feel scared to order food. How ridiculous. That woman need serious help with customer service. She doesn’t even smile, didn’t greet. Zero niceness.

Called to ask a simple question, accidentally had the wrong store. Woman on the other end of the line was rude the whole time, never answered my question and once we figured out I had the wrong store she hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence. I cannot imagine what in store service is like

Don't bother ordering ahead, the sandwich took 30 minutes so i had to wait for 15 minutes in the store after the app said it was done, and it was made wrong.

I ordered online, when I got to the store my order was just being started when it was supposed to be ready. There was one of the 5 footlongs that I requested extra olives on. Tamera was in the middle of making that sub when I walked in. I asked if that was the sub with extra olives as it had only maybe 5 olives on it. She said it was but that corporate was being very strict and she couldn't add many more. I stated that considering I just paid $70 it should at least get me more then a small handful of olives. I then asked why one of my sandwiches were burnt and she very unprofessionally informed me that they were very busy which is why my order wasn't even started until it was supposed to be picked up. The store was empty, messy with liquid all over the floor under the tables, but empty other then myself and the 2 employees. I had to bring up the sandwich being burnt multiple times before she asked if I wanted it remade. She was extremely rude and undeserving of the tip I left before I realized how extremely poor the service and food was going to be. Tamara was literally yelling after me as I left telling me she was going to let her manager know how I argued with her over olives (when I literally only asked her once if that was considered extra olives and then complained about the prices considering they refuse to make the sandwich with even a reasonable amount of toppings) she was the one arguing and making every excuse in the book instead of taking any accountability for the exceptionally poor customer service she provided. She's obviously very unhappy with her job and chooses to take it out on customers who voice any complaints or requests, even when being tipped at 15% prior to ever even making my order. I will not be back to this store and I honestly don't think I'll be buying from Subway anymore considering everything is apparently due to corporate restrictions and rules, including Tamara's lack of professionalism and decent customer service skills.

Jayson, the young girl at this location, is incredibly rude. She immediately became, loud, rude, and confrontational when asked about price. She was walking around the store yelling to her manager about me once a manager was requested. Honestly it was a bit scary to see how reactive she became so quickly.
