Update your hours online and in the app if you're gonna close a frickin hour early. I struggled with the app and placing my order just for it to be canceled when I got to the restaurant. Annoying.

It's the door chime for me everything else is fine but the door chime. It's way to loud man.
I like the fact this location is so close to my house, but over the years quality and service have varied wildly.
Wildly disappointed they quit the buffalo sauce. And I don't understand why because it seems like just about every restaurant in the country has some kind of buffalo sauce. Buffalo chicken sandwich was about the only thing my wife ever liked here, so needless to say we don't go here very often any more.
Cleanliness, sandwich quality, and online order accuracy cycles through good and bad, and it seems like employees don't stay here very long. Kinda feels like the franchisee is very reactive to complaints rather than try to put effort into good standards.

Always amazing!
Only one employee working during lunch time. After waiting for her to serve a couple customers she informed us that we'd have to wait for her to prepare a large online order. Fair enough. We left, Subway food isn't worth the wait.

We ordered 3 sandwiches all of which were missing sauces, multiple veggies and more importantly bacon which we paid EXTRA for, we also ordered the new oreo cookie and they sent us a normal chocolate chiP. We then went there attempted to order another sandwich when we picked up our order and was promptly told that we should go to the other subway on Broadway because they "have better customer service." I used to work at subway and this is a prime example of a subway YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO TO. If I could give it less then one star I would. ITS NOT THAT HARD TO CALL YOUR MANAGER AND TELL THEM TO TAKE ITEMS OFF OF THE ONLINE MENU. I honestly wouldn't be that harsh if the employee working there would've told us of the missing items when we got there. Or you know, call the order and tell them you are out of items like you're supposed to do?

Closing early for no reason more nights than not is ridiculous. If your hours say 8pm, then STAY OPEN UNTIL 8, NOT CLOSE AT 7:30! Franchise owners will be contacted at this point, as this isn't the only store doing this!
Had an issue with app online, they were super nice about it and explained what to do next if I had an issue. Food was awesome, and the employees were great! Thank you very much for positive experience.

Ordered pickup 30 minutes ahead of time for my lunch break, got there and waited another 30 minutes only to have the only associate there look me right in my face and continue doing absolutely nothing. People would come in and she would take those orders. But mine did not get made until thirty minutes after estimated ready time

If you are going to hire long haired guys, they should wear a net, don’t like sparkles hair in my food, tell them to greet customer and do not just slop sandwich together, won’t come back to this one!

I frequent subways in the area because I am autistic and like to eat the same thing consistently and often. This subway is the most consistent, the nicest, the cleanest, and hands down my favorite in the area. The service is always great!

This was the worst experience at a subway in my whole life. Me and my wife got there an hour and a half before they closed, we attempted to order 2 meatball sandwiches but was immediately told they were out. Ok sure life happens, so we picked out different sandwiches... Then I get told that the only vegetables they had were the ones in the counter. There was a grand total of Green Peppers, Black olives and jalapenos available.
I know they were not out of any of the items I wanted but the lazy employee did not want to go get it. We decided to just leave and cancel our order to which the employee responded with attitude saying they already started making the food. You expect me to pay $11 per sandwich for something that has literally nothing I want on it? Na that's a you problem!
