Ordered a sandwich on the app to get the deal then went inside to wait. One person working, was fine, just not friendly at all. Took a seat to wait the 10-15 minutes she informed me it would be. Stood up when I realized my sandwich was being made. I thanked the girl twice and neither time did she acknowledge it, just left my food by the register and walked away. When I left and started eating my sandwich, there was barely any meat on the sandwich that it didn’t even cover the length of the bread, a few pickles, and enough lettuce to make 17 salads. When creating my sandwich on the app, I opted for regular amount of lettuce and more pickles. I couldn’t taste anything other than bread and lettuce. Very disappointed as it’s closest to my house. I’ve tried giving Subway another chance as one of my kids likes it and it’s close, but I’ll choose a different location or establishment in the future.

I went in to the 32nd Ave location to order 7 (12 inch sandwiches). The manger Kaylan got through making only one of my sandwiches before I left and went to the location on Sullivan where I experienced much better customer service. Kaylan was very rude, spoke and behaved as though she hated her job. When trying to tell her what I wanted on my sandwich she kept rudely saying “next before I can even answer the previous “next”. When I addressed her attitude she denied having one, but then responded by slamming mustard container multiple times and eye rolling. I left the sandwich and went to another store. Although this location is closer to my house, I will gladly drive further so I don’t have to deal with the misery she spews.

He was in such a rush that when asking questions and I had to repeat myself after already telling him what I was ordering I wound up answering the questions twice......was left feeling like an inconvenience and that I should have gone to the other place I was considering going to instead............. Good food when prepared properly, I ordered a BLT AND GOT UNCOOKED BACON ? like umm hello please cook it for the next person thanks. I came home took one bite and was like nope this not right after discovering they put our order on the wrong breads lol.. they were slammed for the lunch rush though so we forgive them for that this time... pic for reference
