Good food when prepared properly, I ordered a BLT AND GOT UNCOOKED BACON ? like umm hello please cook it for the next person thanks. I came home took one bite and was like nope this not right after discovering they put our order on the wrong breads lol.. they were slammed for the lunch rush though so we forgive them for that this time... pic for reference

They have a kid working there who LITERALLY DOESNT KNOW HOW TO MAKE A SANDWICH. He can't cut the bread and he doesn't know how to layer a sandwich properly or put the toppings on in the correct order. I'm not spending $16 on a sandwich to have some kid who has no clue what he's doing mess up my sandwich. He needs to go. He made my sandwich once before and I was furious, now if he's there I just walk out, it's not worth the money. Twice now I've had to say forget it and leave because I'm not wasting money on a sloppy garbage sandwich.

When I walked in to get my food there was only one employee trying to do everything. The young woman did a great job with my order. The prices at this location are higher than other locations in the area. Also saw one person turned away since they do not honor any subway coupons.Parking: There is a row of vehicle parking in front fo the building against the curb or sidewalk.

The sandwich made was just fine but I’m actually appalled by the attitude of the woman working the counter. While making my sandwich she was very quick to yell at the individual who was new and was making a gentleman’s sandwich right in front of me in line. She easily could had told me “I’m sorry I’m training him and it will be one moment” yet while making my sandwich she chose to stop and scold the employee for his wrong doings rather than help him. Okay food but I feel bad for anyone working there.

The employees of this specific location are so unfriendly and downright rude that it must be a top down situation. It's universal after many visits with multiple different sets of staff. They act irritated that you are there from the second you walk in the door. This is such a a convenient location to my house, but I will drive the extra 5 minutes to Sullivan to avoid giving this place any more of my money.
They are understaffed but the lady there when I visited was excellent. I had a big order & there were a lot of people but she got everyone through efficiently & did a great job.

The employees were slammed with online orders but still made my sandwich super fast! They even toasted the lunch meat for me and nothing else (I'm pregnant). They were awesome and had a great attitude! The store was also very clean!
