We attempted to order from this location, the person at the speaker was so interested in upselling they recorded our order wrong. At the window I asked them to verify, I told the gal what the order SHOULD have been, she went back to check, came back and wanted to confirm. The order was in fact wrong, she said one second and went to fix the order. Some curly red head dude walked over and told us “pay for it or get out of my line”. Dude was super rude, and had no idea what he was talking about. When I attempted to explain what the situation was he looked at me and said “I don’t care your holding up my line”.
When did being a paying customer wanting their order correct become such an issue. Kindness is free, and this location is in short supply.

Ordered 2 beefy 5 layer burritos, got home unwrapped both, they were 3 inches long, I measured them, barely had any ingredients in them, Taco Bell used to have decent food at decent prices NOW they have neither…. Also the guy taking my order,i was yelling my order and he kept saying sorry I can’t hear you, this location, food and employees have really gone down hill!

The service was extremely slow, and even after I asked for sauce, I didn’t receive any. It was really disappointing and made the experience frustrating.

Another victim of the corporate grey box you don't know where you are style. And they spent a lot of money to remodel this place, but when you walk in you kinda feel like you are in the back room of the place rather than the front. Taco Bell at least used to have kind of interesting vibrant decor. Now it's just a box, giving the vibe they want you to get the hell out as soon as possible.
Taco Bell is good for what it is, I don't have huge expectations, and this location usually hits the mark.
The employees here are somewhat friendly but it seems like they are all very rushed and not sure who is supposed to be doing what. Seems like I see employees trying to figure this out (loudly) more often than I see folks getting things done. Feels like whoever trained them all should be fired and not allowed to work in restaurants anymore. I have been on the other side of the register, and have never worked in a place with this much open chaos. If this were any place other than a Taco Bell I think they would fold up.

Great food but those taco fall apart way to easy. Taco shells are far too thin.

Short staffed and no toilet paper in the women's restroom. Bathroom floors greasy.
Ordered a five layer burrito, when i opened I couldn’t believe it, was the smallest burrito I have ever seen, Taco Bell used to have fairly good food and fairly good prices, but now they have neither! Time to keep driving to somewhere else.

Not sure what is up with this location, and the one on Sprague. Usually with online ordering, you'd think the food would be ready by time you get there, considering you're ordering ahead of time. Everytime I pre-order, they're never prepared and don't start getting it made until I arrive. I understand freshness, but the point is to have it done and ready. When it's not, it makes it hard for people sometimes, especially ones like me that work a lot and are normally on lunch; it can tend to make us late. Do better Taco Bell.

Don't bother coming if you don't use the app or drive thru. Came in and ordered at the kiosk, had 6 people come in after me and get served before me. What is even the point of having an inside if you have to wait 20 minutes to get your food?
Have you ever wanted to eat gloves? Well now you can, thanks to Sullivan Taco Bell!
Seriously, guys… an entire finger tip of a blue nitrile glove in my burrito. My flabbers are fully gasted. Never again.
