Ordered a five layer burrito, when i opened I couldn’t believe it, was the smallest burrito I have ever seen, Taco Bell used to have fairly good food and fairly good prices, but now they have neither! Time to keep driving to somewhere else.

Not sure what is up with this location, and the one on Sprague. Usually with online ordering, you'd think the food would be ready by time you get there, considering you're ordering ahead of time. Everytime I pre-order, they're never prepared and don't start getting it made until I arrive. I understand freshness, but the point is to have it done and ready. When it's not, it makes it hard for people sometimes, especially ones like me that work a lot and are normally on lunch; it can tend to make us late. Do better Taco Bell.

Don't bother coming if you don't use the app or drive thru. Came in and ordered at the kiosk, had 6 people come in after me and get served before me. What is even the point of having an inside if you have to wait 20 minutes to get your food?
Have you ever wanted to eat gloves? Well now you can, thanks to Sullivan Taco Bell!
Seriously, guys… an entire finger tip of a blue nitrile glove in my burrito. My flabbers are fully gasted. Never again.
This place is just a standard 🌮 🔔. The lady who handed me food had a huge booger hanging from her nose. It was about the size of the lux box I ordered. Shocked she couldn't feel it.

The first time I ate here, my order was wrong: burrito I asked to be grilled was not grilled AND the tortilla was cold, there was sour cream added to one of my tacos, and the sauces I asked for weren't in the bag. That was a few months ago, but I made the mistake of going back because it's on my drive home and nothing else was open. Never again. My food was technically correct, but it was thrown together and all the tortillas were cold. It's bad enough that I can't just order my food without being interrupted over and over asking me to add more to my items, but it seems like they only care about speed and money instead of accuracy or good customer service. Not worth the money, would not recommend.

For the food, I'd rather go to Wendy's down the street which I wish I had, Or go to another Taco Bell. This Taco Bell has almost every single time. Forget sauces, the food tastes like it has barely been cooked. And overall it's not that great an experience.
For the customer service they just look like they're living, I asked them about a sauce when I was in drive-thru. They did not give me light sauce or they did not fully hear me, when I went into the store to ask for the sauce, they told me I should have clarified better, they made it felt like I was the problem.
The atmosphere was pretty drain Little hostile but that was one day.
Overall, this Taco Bell is a hit or miss from the past months it's been a Miss for me. But this is my overall experience

Food was good but, I will say the servers keep messing up orders cause tacobell keeps asking them to upsale way to much , it is annoying to order and be asked if I want extra everything a million times.

The ammount of upsale questions is annoying, catch a hint i dont want to add extra sour cream, i dont want extra beef and i dont want to “make it spicy”. And you dont need to ask me for every item i order

Yummy food great staff. On a very interesting note, the one on Sullivan Rd near Sprague is in the exact location where my parents lived back in 1967 when it was a 2 lane road with corn fields & onion fields.
