The Coffee Warehouse

I have been at this warehouse before and always had a good experience. However, this time was not pleasant. The male worker at the desk told me I could not look at the displays, that they were NOT a store and I was to tell him what I wanted. So, I ordered 2 kinds of Lotus. I then I asked permission to look at the display and he said ‘okay’. I then told him I was ready to pay. He then entered my credit card numbers wrong and my card was declined (I know this as I immediately received a text stating that the numbers were entered incorrectly). He then tried my debit card and told me that was declined too, then said, ‘nope, I entered that wrong number.’ This experience was not pleasant. From now on, I plan to purchase Lotus at Chefs Store!

Took a long time to unload the first time I delivered there. Subsequent deliveries have been quick and friendly. Upgraded to 5 stars.

I have bought hard to find coffee syrup at this place twice now. Namely espresso flavor made by Monin. I worked with Josh both times and he was very helpful! I highly recommend this place!

You don’t need to be a coffee shop to purchase from here and that is fantastic!•Great prices and friendly people the moment you walk in the door!•They have everything you could want, including lotus!•Quick in and out as a customer walking in the front door, so long as they keep supplying to individuals, I’ll keep coming back!

Hands down the best customer service in all of Spokane! Ashley is amazing and I actually look forward to speaking to her because she is so nice! Ordering is very easy, prices are amazing and they are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Super grateful for this place! Coffee warehouse makes our lives as business owners so much easier.
