Very disappointing. I stopped by to get a couple a drinks. I ordered an Americano with flavor and cream and a carmanilla. The barista made the americano first but over filled my cup and it definitely didn’t have the flavor I paid for. My husband’s carmanilla tasted burnt and was way too hot. I love Thomas Hammer coffee and have never been so disappointed. My order was over $16 after the tip and neither one of the drinks was drinkable. I literally just pulled over and dumped them out so they would stop spilling all over my car. What a waste of money!

Consistently Rude and Slow Service. Avoid If You Can

I’ve given this place multiple chances, but every visit is the same—rude staff and unbearably slow service. It’s frustrating to deal with employees who act like they’re doing you a favor instead of providing basic customer service. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

Probably the 3 worst drinks yet! I usually don't like to make a post, but feel like it had to be done.
Ordered a chai, so HOT couldn't even drink.
The other 2-lattes had zero foam and luke warm? This is the second go around at this location and same quality both times. Own a business down the street from here and it's a bummer they can't figure out the coffee.
Lack of TRAINING!

Every time I go through the drive thru the girls working are extremely rude! I think I'm done giving them "2nd chances"

Every time I come through the drive thru at the time there is no other cars but they take over 10 mins to get my coffee and food (if they remember to make my food). My order is never complex its just a burrito and a blended coffee. I just not impressed with the service. They are slow and never remember an order. I constantly get questions about my order when I am at the window. Like today, I ordered my normal burrito and blended coffee I get up to the window I sit there for at least 6 mins, I can see the staff just talking and taking their time. Meanwhile, there is a line of cars now behind me. They ask me questions about my drink, I finally get my drink and they are charging me out without my burrito. I ask for my burrito and they forgot. So, since they took to long and I had to get to work, I just left without my food. I like Thomas Hammer but the service is not great at this location.

I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. Yum! ☕

The coffee was delicious, the staff very friendly and the ambience was clean, nice in a very modern way and bright. I'll be back for sure.

The latte I had here was solid taste wise and the staff was friendly. Even hung on to something that I lost and got it back to me! Not a bad place to buckle down and get some work done early in the morning.

I love this location, the baristas here are absolutely phenomenal and so kind, and the food and drinks are amazing. 10/10P.S, always get the huckleberry scone!

So, I don't drink coffee very much, but today I went in here, and Alexus really made me feel at home, and was so courteous and professional. She was fast with my order, and just darn right good. She even asked me if I wanted to try the pumpkin spice cake or a peanut butter cookie, (which would go very well with my PB and chocolate mocha); She.was so nice I got bofum!! And those were really.good too. Go say.hello to Alexus on your next visit, and tip her well. She deserves it. Good job T.H. for acquiring such a great employee.

I’m a hospital employee and just paid $8.39 for a quad shot mocha… regular milk, no add ins or extras. The prices are crazy high, and although the coffee is good when made right, it’s very inconsistent. Most of the girls are friendly and sweet, but there are a couple that seem annoyed all the time and unhappy to be there. I would not be a frequent patron if it were not for the convenience of it.

i dare you to try their lavender matcha with vanilla it’s so good also i am not gonna lie i never went here before because i was nervous it was just another white washed pinterest coffee shop ? that’s not the case though everyone’s really friendly, which i appreciate as we all know some baristas can be stuck up lol not here though(: their matcha is THE. BEST. THING. EVER.
