Stopped in for a little pick me up and wasn't disappointed. Cute little spot in the mall - staff were really nice and everything was fast!

Perfect pick-me-up! Got a lavender latte with oat milk, and it was well made and not too sweet. I do wish they had almond milk, but coconut and oat were both available. The baristas were friendly and the service was quick. A perfect treat while shopping.

The food could be better but the drinks are to die for! I always get a blended lavender & white chocolate redbull here, if you want to try the sickeningly sweet concoction, go ahead! ?
Dietary restrictions: They do have milk options and glucose free options for those with sensitivities to them.

I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. Yum! ☕
there was a whole thing, but long story short.. the barista with the blue/purple hair was not kind and made for a very unpleasant experience.

I’m a hospital employee and just paid $8.39 for a quad shot mocha… regular milk, no add ins or extras. The prices are crazy high, and although the coffee is good when made right, it’s very inconsistent. Most of the girls are friendly and sweet, but there are a couple that seem annoyed all the time and unhappy to be there. I would not be a frequent patron if it were not for the convenience of it.
Thomas Hammer is my very first choice and my fave but they are not easy to find and they close early - stop that?! For food, there is pastries, breakfast burritos; sausage, chorizo, veggie, and egg & cheese - yummy! They get pretty busy in this location from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM give or take. Check them out downstairs near H&M! Thomas Hammer roasts their own beans, which makes a huge difference b/c for me the bean is not as bitter making it possible to use less creamer & sugar. As anybody who knows me knows I love the Raw sugar but I still rather not use sugar or creamer. I don't like that their Raw sugar is not in packets b/c the individual packets are more sanitary. They have about 19 flavors that can go in coffee ☕ and energy drinks - see the image below. And, I like their coffee prices - that keeps me coming more often.

Was made to feel very uncomfortable to order coffee there. It was made clear to me that my kind is not welcomed. Never buying coffee at this chain again. you’re lucky my kids were with me.. otherwise I would’ve retaliated!
I had a coffee on Tuesday February 21 at about noon. It was not good! Almost no flavor in my husbands peppermint mocha. Very little vanilla in my vanilla latte. Weak coffee; all milk. I used to like their coffee very much.
Good coffee with polite and quick staff. I received my coffee 3 minutes faster than my order screen projected. Would certainly recommend if you're ever at the Valley Mall.

Very expensive coffee. Over $8 for a 20oz coffee
Amazing selection of coffee. Both the white hammer and jack hammer are to die for. It is great either hot or cold. The hot drinks stay hot to the very last drop.
