I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. Yum! ☕

there was a whole thing, but long story short.. the barista with the blue/purple hair was not kind and made for a very unpleasant experience.

I’m a hospital employee and just paid $8.39 for a quad shot mocha… regular milk, no add ins or extras. The prices are crazy high, and although the coffee is good when made right, it’s very inconsistent. Most of the girls are friendly and sweet, but there are a couple that seem annoyed all the time and unhappy to be there. I would not be a frequent patron if it were not for the convenience of it.

This was my first time at a Thomas Hammer Coffee Roaster and it was a pleasant experience I ordered an Orange Vanilla Late with an Ultimate Chipper Cookie and both were delicious. The staff was welcoming and pleasant, they provided great service and the general ambiance was relaxed. The food and drink were prepared quickly and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend this establishment

Stale week-old pastry, I bought an expensive coffee and a tiny four-dollar brownie that was dated Sun on the bottom of the wrapper and it was Friday. Stale and crunchy Couldnt return it I went through the drive-through and was miles away. Never happen at Starbucks.

Was made to feel very uncomfortable to order coffee there. It was made clear to me that my kind is not welcomed. Never buying coffee at this chain again. you’re lucky my kids were with me.. otherwise I would’ve retaliated!

I had a coffee on Tuesday February 21 at about noon. It was not good! Almost no flavor in my husbands peppermint mocha. Very little vanilla in my vanilla latte. Weak coffee; all milk. I used to like their coffee very much.

Living in Washington, you have a lot of options when it comes to coffee and tea. My wife and I are on a mission to try as many places as we can and Thomas Hammer is one of our new favorites! I'm a connoisseur in the tea department and my wife covers the coffee side. On this visit we shared a blueberry fog tea and I have to say it was a taste sensation. 5 out of 5 stars. The other thing I really appreciate about Thomas Hammer is that they don't charge extra to sub regular milk to oat/almond milk. We also ordered a couple of scones and they were fresh and delicious.

Good coffee with polite and quick staff. I received my coffee 3 minutes faster than my order screen projected. Would certainly recommend if you're ever at the Valley Mall.

Amazing selection of coffee. Both the white hammer and jack hammer are to die for. It is great either hot or cold. The hot drinks stay hot to the very last drop.

I had a truly delicious coffee here and the barista was really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the woman who took my order became very rude after I was handed a hot coffee when I specifically said "definitely iced." She said "it's okay" at least three times even though her tone and manner were obviously saying she was super upset. Then she said it again followed by "even though I said do you want 2% milk in your hot coffee?" So she didn't hear me even though it's her job to listen to the customer but I'm at fault because I didn't hear "hot" in that sentence. She said it was okay yet again. Yes, it's okay because the sweet barista remade my order. In a service job the customer matters most.

The best mocha I've had since I can remember. Very nice shop with wonderful atmosphere. The baristas on duty were very friendly and helpful. Some fun flavors unique to Hammer Coffee. The Jack Hammer. How fun is that? The Velvet Hammer. You'll have to go and find out for yourself what those are . We were just passing through on our yearly trek to Wyoming from California, but we'll be back!

First time trying. The Lavendar Matcha Latte was excellent! As well as the Huckleberry Scone & Chewy Marshmallow treat.
