this place is very mediocre. fries were flimsy and didn’t have much taste. burgers were decent and tater tots were nice and crispy. Chocolate shake was very mid it didn’t have much syrup or flavor. overall i would not choose here again personally, there are many other burger spots in spokane that are much better. drive thru service gal wasn’t very friendly either.

I had heard about this establishment for quite some time but it is always very busy here. I finally made the decision to stop by. to my surprise it is much bigger on the inside than it looked, with lots of seating and plenty of room to accommodate about of people. The food was worth waiting for and the employees were great! The fish and chips are really yummy and I've heard that their sandwiches are to die for... I'll definitely be back in to try them!

Great food for an outstanding price. Love this family-owned business, they truly try and keep things affordable without compromising on the quality or quantity. Double ham, double bacon or just a regular cheeseburger, all good and the fries are great!!!!

This place is PERFECT! It’s amazing and consistently amazing! I am picky about fish and they make the best fried fish I’ve ever had. It’s reasonably priced and the portions are PERFECT! No too much food, just the right amount! My kiddo also loved the chicken strips! The staff is very kind and food comes out quickly! 10/10!!!

The owner is a heck of a guy , real nice and all about your satisfaction . Service is good but just a little wait when busy .
Nice air conditioning and a decent amount of seating . I don't like that they don't have combos, can only buy each thing separately. Give it a 3 star because it's a burger joint so nothing special but I will say it's my favorite burger place by far.

If we are talking about the one in Spokane Valley, WA. They were outstanding when I lived in the Valley. I went there a few times in about 2010 -2015

I recently visited Thrifty Scotsman and had a very disappointing experience. I waited over 30 minutes for my meal, which is completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. When I brought this up to the manager, not only did they refuse to offer any kind of discount or compensation for the long wait, but they were also incredibly rude. The whole encounter left a bad taste in my mouth—ironic, considering they didn’t put anything out for me to actually eat during that long wait. I’ve always been a fan of supporting local businesses, but this experience left a bad impression. The service and attitude need a serious improvement if they expect customers to return. Maybe they should have a better trained staff who can actually handle the workload. This stuff obviously could not.
