I love going to this Wake Up Call, whether I'm walking up or driving up, the staff is always amazing! I typically go for the mermaid water Madhatter (that's what I'm holding in the picture), recently I decided to try the matcha tea and really love it. My kiddo loves the Italian sodas. My doggo loves the pup cups.

Love love love this Wake Up Call location. Everyone is so nice, they make you feel like family. They work hard, are respectful and work their booties off to make your drink quick and perfect. Special shout out to Megan and Tara for always making my day. Would never go anywhere else!!

Went to get a white coffee beverage, asked for the white coffee to be fresh-brewed (because it becomes sour when allowed to oxidize), and they said they dont fresh brew white coffee, they brew it all in the morning. Gross. That means their white coffee sits and oxidizes for hours. Lazy, gross.

Sat in line for 20 minutes in the northbound lane cause the employee held up the line visiting with the car while taking the order and yes she was visiting, meanwhile southbound lane was flowing through. Ended up pulling out cause I was gonna end up being late for the airport. This was Thursday morning at 8:45 ish

Worst iced americano I’ve ever had from wake up call. Hit on the bottom and not cold whatsoever for an iced drink. Also how about you be aware that when the window is open the customers can hear you talking and telling your gross inappropriate stories. Do better.

My blended chai tea tasted like it was just wTerd down oat milk, couldn't even drink it. Was not as good as I have had at other locations.
