Not from Spokane, just came to visit, I ordered a coffee and no one was in shop for about 15 minutes.. not sure if someone was on break or what but a bald man with a big beard came running in just to give me a attitude and a watered down coffee.. not sure if everyone is Spokane is like this but I for sure will not come back… very sad.

Wake up has been around for so long in Spokane and Spokane valley but this location has a manger by the name Blake who showed me that he can’t mange his own colleges because he wants to take extended breaks as well as has no empathy for his own colleagues as well as their family’s. I’ve called the Trent and Pines location 4 times to discuss my concerns and no one has answered so at this point I’m taking it to their reviews. Great food and coffee but horrible manager

I ordered 2 coffees. The batista didn't move with a purpose. She almost made me late for work. I had the Carmel cookie crunch. It was terrible. For whatever reason, it had a banana taste to it.

Horrible experience, barista made my drink with milk instead of oat and I went back through to have it remade, I was very kind, they were not slammed or anything (but I really can’t have dairy) she practically threw the drink at me and said “HERE!” And slammed the drive thru window.
