My husband said it was one of the best breakfast burritos he’s ever had. Double Chocolate coffees were good hot and cold. We will be back when we are in Spokane.

Personally I have been to all Wake Up Call stands all around Spokane, and I have never had such horrible experiences at any other stand but this one. The managers don’t know how to be managers and the baristas are rude and don’t know how to treat customers. I am done going to this stand, I also want to mention that I’m pretty sure they don’t check there milk for expiration dates, everytime I got a coffee here my stomach would hurt and cramp so bad. On another note I would also like to say that about a month ago I went through the drive thru and a girl named Sydney was taking my order, she was completely rude and the tone in her voice was so disrespectful towards me (this wasn’t the first time either) so I decided to confront her on her attitude. I also talked to the male manager and since then everytime I see Sydney at the window helping the car in front of me, by the time I get to the window she’s gone. Sounds to me like the manager told her to avoid me, but in all reality she’s a big girl, she just needs to put her big panties on and suck it up, just because she chooses to treat her customers this way, she needs to deal with the consequences of it. I definitely don’t suggest going to this stand, very disappointed with the whole Pines staff.

Kid-friendliness: None of them are pleasant, very rude staff

Mia is not someone who should work at a coffee shop, I don't know how she has a job I'll never go to this location again, this is the location on pines not by Trent but the one closer to Sprague, negative atmosphere except for when a few good people are working but it's not worth going there to get coffee before a busy day of work and deal with someone that has a bad attitude bad energy and bad ethics. Don't go to this location

I've gone here quite a few times over the years but am finally leaving a review because the food gave me food poisoning. The gouda raspberry sammy is good when the bread isn't hard as a brick. My sammy was tough as leather and gave me diarrhea, upset stomach. I ordered/ate it yesterday and I am still sick.

I order the drink I always get. When she handed it to me I asked her why it was pink and not red. I tasted it and told her it was wrong and asked her if they went light on the blending powder. She was very rude and said she didn’t make it. Didn’t offer to fix it. I spend a lot of money there. On the weekends it usually turns out like crap. Time to switch back to Dutch brothers.

Attempted to bring attention to my previous order regarding the 7.50$ 20 ounce Christmas cookie latte. I showed the gal that my order contained an added ‘salted egg yolk’ on my order hiator to my coffee (obviously was not). She essentially argued with me stating that it is just a flavor that is put in the latte and that the price was correct. I tried to nicely explain That did not make sense in hopes to either get a credit back towards my coffee purchase or just some peace of mind that there was not an salted egg yolk put in my latte. 🙃 I will likely not return to this location again as it is not the first time An innocent mistake has happened that no one is willing to correct. (Previously paid with card for a muffin top, the muffin was out of stock, and the gal told me she could not refund me for the muffin I purchased but did not receive,)

The barista was so friendly. My husband and I were driving through and asked for a recommendation to stretch our legs and take a little walk. She was so pleasant and gave us an idea to go to the park nearby. We enjoyed sipping our coffee while taking a little stroll through the park.

Out of all the WUCs in the area, this one will consistently mess your drink up.

I frequent this location often and the staff is phenomenal!! Brooke is always the sweetest, gives the best drink recommendations, and always knows how to put a smile on my face. Her customer service is exceptional and she knows how to make her customers feel thought of! I wish her the best luck in her journey to Tri-Cities. Special mention for the breakfast burritos, they pair great with a mad hatter to make a perfect morning. Thank you Pines for taking care of your customers!!!
