Very disappointed in this particular location. I frequent several locations around Spokane and Spokane valley, including the one in Airway Heights. Every time I go to the Pines location my order tastes different every time I go. I get the exact same drink every time but it always tastes different at this location. Today it tastes like the cream is spoiled or off. I bought a $6.50 coffee that I threw away because it was disgusting. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my new house so I'll have to go to work a different way to get a better coffee.

Incredibly frustrated by the lack of communication from the Pines off of Trent location. They've closed an hour early twice when I was there now, and this most recent visit they put the 2 extra espresso shots into the wrong coffee, and we cannot even get it fixed since despite being an hour before close (according to the door sign which says 7, online actually says 7:30!) they've closed up shop.

I come here when I get gift cards but it isn't my go to. The coffee isn't ever consistent. I drink a iced mocha americano and it never tastes the same and a few times I'm handed it and the bottom is warm from the espresso when the drink is iced because they didn't mix anything. Just feels very corporate

Love going here for my coffee and breakfast on my way to work. Always so friendly and fast when I come to visit. And I really enjoy trying their flavors of the month...and I really like that it gives a picture and says exactly what's in them.

I usually don’t write reviews but WOW!! The night time girls at this pines location are absolutely one of the best crews in Spokane. I usually go to other wake-up calls around Spokane but have stopped here on Monday and Tuesday night this week and they are some of the nicest, fast paced workers I’ve met at wake-up call not to mention my drink has been delicious both times. Shout out to you girls!

It's difficult for me to write this. But I feel it is important because I learned today, this company does not fight for loyal customers. If there is ever any questions about something your word, your voice, will be meaningless. Even to corporate. And they will tell you that their employees will always come first. Which I appreciate in a company. But to dismiss someone's truth and stand behind individuals whose blatant lies have taken not only what made me feel safe but my reputation at more than one of these locations is shattering. So if I can't be heard and I can't tell my truth to this company then I'd like to share it with you. Take it or leave it, I can't tell you what to do but I can make others aware to be careful of your interactions here. They will completely dismiss your truth and even be unwilling to investigate a situation that they quite frankly made me feel like I was being predatory in. I used to go here twice a day to write for the last almost two months, I'd say. Having autism it's difficult to find places/people I trust to feel safe around. I have never been disruptive or tried to take any of the employees from their work. I never said much and ALWAYS waited patiently while they skipped over me to take orders in the drive thru. If an employee engaged me in conversation I engaged back. I sat. And I wrote. And I felt safe. During the course of my visits one employee (a female) would give me free coffee and bagel sandwiches and wouldn't take my money from me. No matter how much I insisted. It seemed a bit more than just friendly barista to customer. Upon finding out that I am quite a bit older than she, I made sure I didn't pursue overly-friendly conversation with this individual. Suddenly her energy shifted and the next time I saw her she was seeming as if we had never spoken two words to each other since I've visited. Last night was no different and so I asked this individual if there was anything I had said or done to upset her or cause a sudden shift in the energy she had around me. She said no. Then a car came to the window and she asked me to wait at the counter, so I did. I apologized again as I was very confused about why she was treating me so differently when she had just been talking to me and another of her coworkers (on a separate occasion) about our approaches to those we'd ask out and that was when we discovered quite an age gap and the shift came. Then, last night, she and another individual at this location took it upon themselves to create a situation and lie telling management that I made them feel "unsafe" and was asking them for their phone numbers! It looked on camera as though I was lingering at the counter when I had gone up to ask if everything was ok. I asked if she was sure but a car came and she asked me to wait AT THE COUNTER while she helped the car. I stood for maybe a minute and then just said I just wanted to make sure everything was ok and I hope I didn't upset her somehow. She said everything was fine and I went back and sat and finished writing. I left and didn't say another word to her. Today, I received a phone call from a manager telling me what had been said about me. When I tried to explain that the situation was untrue and how upsetting it was since I've never caused a problem in the time I've visited. It didn't matter, for the "safety of the employees" I was no longer welcome in the lobby BUT they would still accept my money through the drive thru. I went to another location in hopes of speaking to someone who could help only to have an employee there tell the manager that I was yelling at them. I was crying and upset but never rude or raising my voice. I was shocked when the manager came to speak to me and was so immediately condescending. She took her employees word to heart and treated me immediately like a threat. No compassion. Just dismissed. I left crying and feeling so low. It's crazy how something that feels so safe and loving can suddenly turn i

I've been coming to this location since it opened. Always good coffee, italian sodas, and red bull drinks! And the baristas are always friendly and helpful with flavor suggestions. The kids love that they give free suckers too!
