Want to waste money? The way to do it is have customer service leave a bad taste in your mouth.
I ordered fries with my breakfast and got charged for the regular combo AND the fries. When I tried to explain the mistake the manager lady was dismissive and could care less. My mistake for not going to jack in the box.

Went to dine in as was told it would be faster to order on their kiosk then to wait for someone to take my order. There was no one in line at all just drive-thru. I think if you are dining in someone can take your order. If not then hire another employee!

The people here are always super friendly. I will note sometimes the lines get long here, but most of the time the line at least moves at a decent pace.

Pretty standard Wendy's food, pretty good the vast majority of the time.

Most of the character and charm is gone from the decor, but at least they keep the location fairly clean

I had ordered a crispy chicken, and a bacon double stack, 2 large brownie batter frosty, and a large chocolate cream iced coffee on the mobile app. I arrived at the drive-thru for pick up. When I opened the sandwiches, both were very dry, bun and meat. The temp on the sandwiches was mediocrely warm. The frosty were very soft despite having just been made. There was very very little chocolate brownie batter in both frosty, neither looking anyrhing at all like the photo on the app. Now I know most things don't look like their pictures. But these did not even come close. The coffee, supposed to be choc and cream, had a huge section of brownie batter choc at the top of the cup seriously like 3 inches and thick, also floating thru out the coffee. They made me aware the brownie batter was added accidently. No issues with that. My issue was that there was a ton of that batter all over that coffee, and barely existed in the frostys, where it was supposed to be. This is not the quality that I am used to getting from Wendy's. So disappointed in my $20.00 order.

Slowest drive through I’ve ever been through. Got a baked potato with chili. Asked for sour cream with it, got up charged 25¢ per packet. Got home, no sour cream… disappointed:(

Go and get dinner for the family get home and give everyone there food and ordered chili with the side of cheese, and they forgot the cheese.And the only thing they're willing to offer is to give me the sixty cents back.They charged for it.But want me to drive ten minutes to come back, and get sixty cents can't even replace the chili and cheese joke.....
