We decided some chili sounded good so I go to Wendy’s . I order 2 baked potatoes and 2 large chilies. And a water . I had a last minute change but was told they had a lot going on . No water . Got home to find no chili but I got my potatoes and a biggie bag . Tried to call but they have a cell phone not set up . So no phone to call . I suppose I will drive all the way across town again

My recent DoorDash experience with Wendy's was an absolute disaster, and I am furious. I placed an order around 8:30 PM this weekend, only to find out that the Wendy's I ordered from the one on Sullivan) had decided to close three hours early! This led to my DoorDash driver being rerouted all the way to the Wendy's on Barker. This is completely unacceptable and a blatant disregard for customers. If you're going to close early, update your hours online or just refund people. Or I don't know, maybe turn the freaking door dash orders off? To make matters worse, by the time my order finally arrived after this ridiculous detour, the food was inedible. The fries and nuggets were clearly old, cold, and stale – a complete waste of money. And the Frosties were entirely melted, nothing more than milky liquid. This entire experience was a testament to poor management and terrible quality control. I ordered Wendy's for a reason, and what I received was an insult. I expect hot, fresh food, especially when I'm paying for delivery. This was absolute trash from start to finish. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

When I got home I had no salad dressing for my Cobb salad and my strawberry Frosty was half empty and no fork for my salad the way it took so long seems to be a confusion with the online orders and the drive-thru and the front counter maybe you should designate areas for each add an assistant as needed❤️ PS there was three girls doing nothing and the tall redhead seemed to be taken the orders fill in the orders doing the window and tending the overhead screen drive-up window was busy to be fair so two girls in the front three girls in the back standing around

A new fan of wendys, we do have wendys in England but they are all to far from home. Tried wendys here and Woah that was insane, food out of this world the crew member jer on till was very helpful, explained the menu to me and got a really good bargin for the food i wanted. Plus they had a son of baconater deal for $3 on at the time which made the price excellent.
