A new fan of wendys, we do have wendys in England but they are all to far from home. Tried wendys here and Woah that was insane, food out of this world the crew member jer on till was very helpful, explained the menu to me and got a really good bargin for the food i wanted. Plus they had a son of baconater deal for $3 on at the time which made the price excellent.

Food is amazing as always but the cashier Teresa has a serious attitude towards everything she was very nasty to my friend and also a door dash driver. Plus wasn’t very pleasant to even the other employees overall if I see her in the next time I come I will leave

It took us 45 minutes to get our food. At one point the people at the counter stopped taking orders inside the restaurant, and didn't tell anyone what was going on. Just the ordering process was 25 minutes. When we got our food 45 minutes in, it was the wrong order. The only thing they got right was the fries. Maybe just a bad night but someone working should have told the 20 people standing around the restaurant what was going on.

We don’t eat at Wendy’s too often, but got some coupons for free frosties at a baseball game and decided to come use them! The food was great, customers service was great, the restaurant was clean and tidy, temperature was perfect, the whole experience was great! We will definitely be back! 🫡😎

Hands down, best Wendy’s location I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to locations in over ten different states. This is the location I love most. My order is always correct. And let’s face it, that’s half the battle with any fast food place. The food is always delicious, hot, and fresh. But here’s the best part. The Frosty is always the right consistency. Where other locations serve a soupy or frothy mess, this Wendy’s on Sullivan in Spokane Valley serves the best frosty. It’s the frosty consistency that would make Dave, himself proud of. I have no doubts that this location is also Dave Thomas’s favorite also. Keep up the great work y’all! And, I’ll see you this week.

So today I had placed an order at 9 o’clock, and I get all the way to the service Center to get an oil change on my car just to find out that the chicken nuggets that I had ordered were not cooked properly and they made me sick. There’s been multiple times that I have ordered breakfast sandwiches on English muffins and they have been hard but there has been other times where they’ve been fine and just because sometimes the English muffins are hard and apparently the chicken nuggets are not cooked all the way through they have made it where they called corporate lying, and told me I’m not allowed there anymore and if I show up there, they will have me escorted off by police because I told them today that the Nuggets were the only thing that was not cooked properly. Everything else was fine and that I only wanted a refund for the nuggets because now I feel sick. I don’t wanna eat anything after that. I am so tired of managers thinking that they are entitled and get whatever they want because their managers I do DoorDash and I do Uber eats and he told me that I couldn’t even do my job when it comes to picking up from them so in my opinion, this Wendy’s avoid at all cost. I called corporate, crying and complaining because of this manager I do not deserve any of this specially, when I told the manager that everything else was fine It was just the chicken nuggets and his response was that’s fine. We just can’t seem to satisfy you, especially when I spend a lot of money there and even though I do get stuff that maybe Hard like the breakfast sandwiches I still continue to go back and spend more money there.

My spicy chicken sandwich was completely inedible. Must’ve been all grizzle or something. Whole patty was rubbery. This location has been circling the drain for a couple of years now and this was the last straw. I will not be returning. I haven’t gotten a good meal here in quite some time. Would not recommend coming. Just go to the McDonald’s down the street.

So I came on Monday and got a breakfast biggie meal for $2 then I came on Thursday in the same meal was $4.... So I asked them why and they told me it's always been the same.... Okay it's kind of confusing when it's one price one day and two days later it's a different price... I can see if the special changed then just tell me that... But when I try to ask she's completely oblivious and has no idea Great person to have working your front counter!!!
Horrible staff. Doing door dash deliveries and nobody helped. Store was dead and took a good 30 min. Thursday march 6th. Horrible staff. 9:50 pm
