I received a $25 gift card several months ago but I live in Idaho and rarely get the chance to use it. The first visit I got a white coconut latte and it was so good, I’ve been dreaming about going back and getting another. Today was finally the day I had a chance. I was so disappointed I wanted to cry. I couldn’t taste any coconut or cinnamon whatsoever. I actually wanted to cry as I’ve been fantasizing about this for months. I used the rest of the gift card and got a drink for my son (I can’t remember what he got, some sort of chai) plus tip came to $17. We literally didn’t drink either of them. If he didn’t have a flight to catch I would’ve been a Karen and asked them to remake it but we didn’t have time. Very disappointing
Update: the owner reached out to me and made it right. Damn good management and very appreciated. I’ll definitely give them another try because of this, plus my first experience was delicious. Thank you Corey!!!

Just sat in line for 25 minutes while A friend or an employee? Sat in the drive-through gossiping with the girl that was working there. If they knew each other so well, why couldn’t they call each other. And then the girl in her little green Subaru pulls up about 2 feet and just parks so that I could not order next. So whoever was working today at the white dog coffee shop at this location about 15 minutes ago, maybe Management could ask them to visit some other time? Because there was a line on the other side and me and the girls behind me just left. And now we’re leaving one star reviews because the person inside can’t make time to visit her friend or coworker or whoever it was outside of sitting in the line at the coffee shop.

We stopped at this little coffee shop because… I have a white dog and we were on a road trip. Upon arriving there were a few cars in the drive thru and four firefighters in the walk up lane. Everyone in their cars got their drinks so fast and were so friendly like they were regulars. The four firefighters actually stepped away from their order to help a broken down rv that was in the street which was so sweet and it appears they were regulars too. I could see why because the drinks were absolutely delicious and the two women working there were so nice and kind.

I’m upset because I had a rough morning I spilt my whole coffee in my car I was on my way to take my daughter to school she got it all over her had to change I decided I was gonna go back explain what happened maybe they would make the moment right and give me a coffee on the house sense I was just there barley had a sip and it spilt everywhere I didn’t expect it to be free but I was hopeing maybe they would make it right because I was having a bad morning but no the lady was so rude barley even listened to my story treated me like I was looking for a hand out even though I was just there and spent like 30$ she had me pay for the remake didn’t even barley talk to me just looked annoyed I’m sorry but I’ll never go back there to north west blvd white dog so rude!!
