The staff really went out of their way to be friendly and upbeat. There did not seem to be any air conditioning, but they still had a smile. It was very hot in the sitting area, can not imagine how hot it was in the back.

This has always been my go to zips until today. I have always been treated nicely but when I ask a honest question I had gotten a large chicken strip and fry, double cheese burger meal, and 2 corn dogs. I asked for fry sauce they gave me only 4 I asked for some more please and was responded with I can only give you 1 more or I'll have to charge you. I then asked why I have all this food do I only get 5 then get charged? She rolled her eyes grab 2 of them aggressively then slammed the windows on me. That's not okay I asked a question that was all and to get that... not okay.

Been here several times. Can not seem to get my order correct. When one wants a single bacon cheeseburger you DO NOT automatically give and charge for a double! Granite some may be grateful however, I can only have one burger a month for my pancreas can not handle it. So when I do get a burger it is a treat for me and know I can only have so much before it literally kills me. There was no cheese on the other buger we ordered. ALSO! A chocolate Peanutbutter shake has CHOCOLATE in it. If you do not have chocolate ice cream, you use chocolate syrup along with the Peanutbutter. I wouldn't normally post like this but I have given several chances and do not like paying near $40. for my order to always be wrong and there is only 2 of us.

Our flight back to Spokane was delayed, so we got on the road home late Sunday evening. We were hungry and found Zip's Drive In to be the ONLY place open to eat. The workers were very accommodating and prepared us food to go! Thank you, Zip's!! 😁
Food is pricier for the quality. Only get one dip sauce and the employee almost lost their mind when I asked for two.

The young teenage girl with the red hair is so rude not sure if they want to please customers or their employees, she didn’t speak at all she handed us the food and quickly slammed the window on us. Why is sauce at the window more but you can get it for free inside makes no sense it’s outrageous very disappointing.
