Over priced and horrible service. $8.99 for a sandwich but if you want the combo meal it jumps to over $17.00 to add fries and a drink, the latter they will forget to give you. They wont forget to charge you they just wont give you the drink. Be on your A game here.

Ordered a double fish and chips, with tartar and fry sauce. I live about 10 miles from there. Get home no tartar or fry sauce. As a consumer, I am so tired of paying for food and not getting what I order. And no I don't want to drive back to get some. Why can't fast food places get things right. They were not busy 1 car behind me and only saw 1 in the parking lot. Gave it to my neighbor cause who wants Zip's fish and fries without the sauce, no one cause its bland.

Ordered a wrangler combo....asked for only meat and bbq sauce...received a regular wrangler complete with cheese and bacon...I ask for things to be removed for a reason...hate when the hired help does not pay attention to the customer...😳

The new fries are horrible. I've got them 2 times from different locations (was hoping only 1 of the locations had changed them). Both times they were disgusting. One of the main reasons people went to Zips was the fries and tarter.

Walked in, made eye contact with two staff members who then took off to the back. Saw the self serve kiosk but I wanted to pay cash. Drive thru was empty, and only two different families in the lobby. I seem to have inconvenienced your crew. Post a sign you don’t accept cash.

We went in tonight 11/1/25 at about 7:30 and walked out immediately when the blond boy in the lobby mopping walked up to the grill and started flipping burgers without washing his hands thats disgusting and 100% unacceptable we usally come once a week and iv never seen this boy before. We won't be going back seeing that there employees dont wash there hands.

The staff really went out of their way to be friendly and upbeat. There did not seem to be any air conditioning, but they still had a smile. It was very hot in the sitting area, can not imagine how hot it was in the back.

This has always been my go to zips until today. I have always been treated nicely but when I ask a honest question I had gotten a large chicken strip and fry, double cheese burger meal, and 2 corn dogs. I asked for fry sauce they gave me only 4 I asked for some more please and was responded with I can only give you 1 more or I'll have to charge you. I then asked why I have all this food do I only get 5 then get charged? She rolled her eyes grab 2 of them aggressively then slammed the windows on me. That's not okay I asked a question that was all and to get that... not okay.
