Would not let my 3.5 and 4.5 year old go pee. Told me I had to buy something BEFORE they could pee. What kind of disgusting person makes a toddler have to hold it and wait in line to pee? They pointed me to cross the street (a large multi lane road) to go to a public restroom.
Would not give this establishment any form of money again.

This location on E Sprague was so sad compared to the Airway Heights Zip. The customer service was also not very friendly. The milkshakes were AWFUL and the chicken was so disappointing. The only decent thing we ate were the fries. I would not be surprised if they close down.

I do not think I have ever had a bad experience here. The food is always good, I have never personally experienced any rude staff here and the prices have always been fair in my opinion.

I got zips today. I usually don't eat out because it's expensive. But I decided to treat my kids. The hamburger had a giant piece of hair in it. It's not sanitary and it definitely violates health and safety regulations. This is very disappointing and disgusting. This is very easy to prevent with basic hygiene and health regulations that should be enforced anyway. I will never eat at the zips ever again due to the uncleanliness, unhealthy, and health risks. This is the only thing that I saw could have even worse conditions inside this establishment I'm not aware of.

Waited 30-40 min for our food thru the drive thru. (4 papa joes and bucket of fries). No employees came to the window apologizing for the long wait or even acknowledging the long wait. The Staff was very unfriendly when my husband went inside asking for refund. Three employees were working with a fourth coming off possible break? Would not recommend this zips on sprague by Dairy Queen.

Waited 35 minutes in the drive through for 4 papa joes no employees came to the window to let us know there was going to be a longer wait. Finally I parked and walked inside and asked for refund I was told by 3 lady’s “ sorry you’ll have to wait we are busy” in a very rude tone I said I was next in line I’ve been waiting for 35 minutes. Mind you there was one dude in the lobby and 4 cars in the drive through! To me that’s not “busy” I told the manager you should probably schedule more people. Her reply was “maybe you should talk to corporate about that” in a very condescending voice. Then the guy behind me in the drive through line comes in and is asking for a refund also. I did get a cash refund after a 10 minute wait.

This place is always clean. I always order the Papa Joe with onion rings and they are always great! If I'm splurging I get the chocolate milk shake too! The consistency of the milk shakes are perfect!
The staff was really nice! Food was really good! And the other Shane was very nice and it was a pleasure to meet him! Very nice guy! Me and partner had a blast!

They offer happy hour from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily however when I went to get a Papa Joe and regular fry they wanted almost $15 I went eight blocks down to the same Sprague different zips and I paid $5.82 for the exact same thing I asked for

Every time I'm in Spokane I have to stop by a Zip's. The Papa Joe is a slightly greasy delight. The fries are a step above your typical fast food joint.
Good burger. Simple and good.
