We only go to Zip's for shakes and cones. This location has slow service and not so great food. I don't like stopping here but my husband loves their cones. I mean soft serve ice products when I mention cones. Not sure if their shakes are made from ice cream or soft serve, but they are very delicious.

The people who work there have no idea how to take accountability. They messed up my order two times, same order same day. First time, I tired to get it fixed and while I was there they gave me two more that were still incorrect, despite the ticket being correct. Then, when I got home, not realizing the third one I was handed would still be wrong, I noticed it was the same one I went in with! Additionally, my shake was the wrong flavor too. Clearly, the tickets are being ignored. Then when I called after the second mistake to try and fix it, I was called a liar in so many words. I love zips, but this particular location is a horrible apple.

Quite disappointing.. prices have gone up and sizes have gone down.. they call it a tub of fries.. but it's only a 32 oz cup of fries now.. used to be a big fan but 25$ for 5 cheese burgers and a medium cup of fries.. smh.. so disappointing..

Food was poorly made. Most came out cold and mushy. Shakes were very watery and burger was stale and cold. Did not enjoy my experience. Will be going to other location in the valley. Not worth my time or money here
