I was excited to try this drive thru hamburger establishment but the food was just terrible. The hamburger patty didn't taste like any meat I'd ever eaten. I'm not really sure what it was if it was a plant based patty or just meat from an unknown source but I had to throw it away. ?
Awful experience every single time at this specific location. Never once got a solid correct order from here, snooty staff, skimpy in every way possible.

The Papa Joe was the Monday special, and we asked how much it was. She told us $4.50 which is expensive compared to other Zips locations. The Papa Joes were sloppy and thrown together. They were xtra greasy, and the bags they were in were the same. The total came out to $25 dollars for 2 papas, tub of white fries, and key lime shake. It was around 9pm when my son and I ordered food from there. For such high prices, they could do way better. I will go to the Zips on Monroe next time even though it is far away. .At least there you get well prepared food at a decent price. I would not recommend the Fancher and Trent Zips to anyone…. It’s horrible and you can tell that the people preparing the food just don’t care.
