First and foremost the most expensive Zip's in Spokane area. By a lot.

Second, employees go from apathy to surly. Not a good look. Order accuracy is also not so good sometimes.

I will give them credit for keeping up the Zip's vibe and having some interesting decor.

Look there food is good honestly. It's just hit or miss on the vibe. Half of the employees act has if they have social anxiety and WILL just ignore you until you make yourself known. The other half is cool. So yeah every time you go you're taking a gamble on the vibe

I used to purchase food from here on a weekly basis but after today's experience I will no longer be giving my service to ZIPS. My food set for 5 minutes or longer under the heat lamp, meanwhile the girl that took my order proceeds to touch her face and money without washing her hands and then doesn't even fulfill my order correctly. Looks at me like I'm just a jerk when I asked for my food that's been ready long enough. No more service for zips disgusting and unprofessional

This place is a complete joke. I was the ONLY car in line when I pulled up, dropped $30 on food, and now I’ve been sitting here over 30 minutes with nothing. When the employee finally opened the window to take my order, the smell of straight marijuana came pouring out. Looked inside—nobody cooking, nobody moving, just standing around while a line of 4–6 cars piles up. People are literally driving off because it’s such a disaster. I’d be gone too if I hadn’t already paid. This is hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Management should be ashamed—it’s robbery to take people’s money and then do nothing. Took 45 min to get my food and it was cold very confused

The employee was the slowest moving person I've ever seen! Worse was the whole restaurant was filthy! The counter where they take the orders was filthy, the counter where you get all your sauces was filthy, there wasn't a clean table or seat in the whole one area of the restaurant. And there was no one in there but us. I had to ask somebody to come clean a table. Very hard to eat when you lose your appetite right out of the gate.

Ordered 2 breakfast burritos and got more veggies then anything and jalapeños in both which basically destroyed the food.

I come here frequently for door dash and these employees not only do I have a hard time getting help but when I finally do they’re EXTREMELY rude and they are SO slow and walk around like they have absolutely no clue what they are doing what so ever. It’s actually insane just how slow this zips is. Its the slowest one of ALL time. They have 2 MAYBE 3 employees working at once. Which they need more than that. And their bathrooms are so disgusting you can smell it before you even get to the door and it’s like a sauna. Did I mention they’re slow as hell?

The main issue I’m having with this company is, as an uber driver I’m trying to work with the store, but when I have been waiting for 15 min as people who came in after me get their food and am told “we are prioritizing in store customers.” This makes me very frustrated
As an uber driver I am a proxy to the customer.
I have a job I am trying to do, and by you skipping over my cudtomeer, you are making your store someone that’s not partnering with me as a contractor. Which make it harder for me to want to work with you.

This does not represent my overall view of zips just this one store which really surprised me since I’ve never had that experience before. And it was not the level of service I’ve expected or experienced in the past

If the owner or a manager of this store reads this please address this poor business practice

Sad to say this but this place has gone hill. Last three times we have order from here we haven’t got any sauces and our fry’s and tater tots were soggy.

This place is insanely expensive and they regularly mess up on our order. The food is pretty good, though, but not worth the price, IMHO.
