Great food good prices and good customer service no complaints

The main issue I’m having with this company is, as an uber driver I’m trying to work with the store, but when I have been waiting for 15 min as people who came in after me get their food and am told “we are prioritizing in store customers.” This makes me very frustrated
As an uber driver I am a proxy to the customer.
I have a job I am trying to do, and by you skipping over my cudtomeer, you are making your store someone that’s not partnering with me as a contractor. Which make it harder for me to want to work with you.

This does not represent my overall view of zips just this one store which really surprised me since I’ve never had that experience before. And it was not the level of service I’ve expected or experienced in the past

If the owner or a manager of this store reads this please address this poor business practice

Sad to say this but this place has gone hill. Last three times we have order from here we haven’t got any sauces and our fry’s and tater tots were soggy.

They load you uo on fries and chicken 7.99 for chicken and fry basket every weekend!

This place is insanely expensive and they regularly mess up on our order. The food is pretty good, though, but not worth the price, IMHO.

Just stopped in for a shake but the gal who was working made me the best strawberry shake I'd had in a while, and put lots of whipped cream on it as I asked. ❤️

My kids love the shakes here and the breakfast menu is good for fast food, but they are expensive for a fast food place and the drive-thru is consistently really slow. It took over 20 minutes on our most recent trip with just 2 cars ahead of us, which is typical for this location. The staff are always nice though.

I thought the strips were nicely cooked and the people were awesome. The tarter was not as good as the one located in Market St. But I'm picky and that's just my preference.

I love the jo jo option at this location. The employees have always been friendly. Service has always been good, no matter how busy they are. Food is constant for a good price. Kids and I go here instead of any fast food chain.

The best zips around the valley. Great breakfast options! Half price shakes, corn dogs, and papa joes 3-5 every day. Clean environment.
