Aloha Island Grill Reviews
Ordered a Big Plate Teriyaki Chicken with a side of Mac and a Bowl of Teriyaki Chicken. Total came out to around $40 after tip. For $40 I was hoping for a better reward than small portions, watered down Teriyaki sauce, and missing Macaroni side.
I have been a devoted customer for years and this will be my last time. Serious decline in service, cleanliness of the facilities, and the food has changed to be unrecognizable. Cutting corners to save money will only lose loyal...read full review
Worst food I've ever had and to top it all off it was expensive for what we got. My pork was extremely dry and had zero flavor. It was the same with my wife's chicken which was almost inedible because of how overcooked it was. The rice was also completely unseasoned and was what made up most of our "food" that we were given. The macaroni salad was far worse than anything I've ever bought in store, let alone home or restaurant made. The employees lacked all sense of professionalism...read full review
Super disappointed in my rice bowl. This is not even enough for a child size serving. Barely 1 scoop of rice and some chicken. My kids are still hungry.

Aloha Island Grill is a restaurant with a mixed reputation, known for its good and delicious food. While some aspects, like cleanliness and ambiance, are criticized as "dirty and disgusting," the service remains friendly and pleasant. The staff is noted for being helpful and even joking with customers. The food, including favorites like the teriyaki chicken and Kalua pork, is tasty and generously portioned, with hot and fresh dishes. Many customers recommend the teriyaki chicken small plate with macaroni salad and sticky rice. Some praise the restaurant as a true gem of Spokane, highlighting the great tasting food that has kept it strong for about 20 years. However, the limited side options and higher prices can be disappointing. Despite some concerns, many visitors still regard it as the #1 Hawaiian restaurant they’ve ever experienced, with the Mac salad and extra sauces enhancing the meal. The outdoor seating could use some updates, but overall, the experience is well-received and worth trying.
